1. Verify that the employee profile you are adding to the group does not have any other permissions that may overlap with your permission.
2. Create your own employee profile before adding it to the group to avoid any issues related to overlapping permissions.
3. Use a configuration tool in RBP to check if the user is connected with any other permission rules.
4. When creating a permission rule, select the ""view permission"" initially and then specify who should have access to it.
5. You can grant this rule to the desired population, either on the permission group or on the rules.
6. In the case of the ""best run"", you can specify the target population as a permission group or as individual users.
7. For the ""GR"" permission, you can grant it to other managers either at level one or level two.
8. Allow managers to have the same permission as the desired user by selecting the ""allow the managers to have the same permission"" option.
9. You can grant the ""target population"" to individual users or a specific group of employees.
10. When adding a permission rule, be careful not to connect it with too many groups to avoid confusion later. You should always make sure to update the groups affected by any changes made to the role before applying the changes. in Sap SuccessFactors
