Ricchi e Poveri is one of the band most known and appreciated in Italy. Ever. In 1981 when this song came out I was a teenager. Great song!!!

If I remember right, this was a hit for Laura Brannigan back in the early 80:s. At least I think it was her… Maby 80-81 or something, but I might be all wrong 🙃.
She covered many italian songs. Probably her most sucessfull cover was GLORIA (original by Umberto Tozzi). Clearly, sarà perché ti amo and Gloria, in italian are better
