These are awesome pieces. I run through a lot of guns with the exception of my Glocks and this one’s still in the safe. I need to get a holster and a few more mags for it though. 😉😂. Where are you at in Ky??

@@kentuckyrangetime how is your b6 holding up? I’ve heard that SAR and Canik are ISO9001 (military grade) and that the b6 has a 25k round life expectancy. I’m in Lexington, been here a little over a year. Moved from PA after college

@@MAThomas0912 I’ve probably got 500 rounds through mine and not the first issue. And yes SAR is an ISO9001 and NATO Endorsed manufacturer. 😉. Lexington is a nice area. I was there last week for work.

@@kentuckyrangetime sorry this comment is late. I am curious if you have had to change your recoil spring in that b6. I think we talked about how the life-expectancy of these per SAR is about 25k. Not sure if that is for every part and spring or not. I’ve tried to locate where to get recoil springs just in case, and I cannot find them anywhere. If the recoil spring is rated for 25k (I doubt it) then I may not worry about it. I just like knowing I have access to parts if I need them haha.

@@MAThomas0912 my round count on it is still pretty low. Only had it out 3-4 times. I did a google search and found several places that sold a variety of SAR B6 parts.

Jonathan Taylor The SAR, Caniks and Tangfolios are all clones of the CZ-75. I would expect the mags to be interchangeable between most of them. If you can find the mags for any of them at a local shop they may let you test fit one before you purchase.

Cz75b magazines run great for the pistol have a few myself.

I own all three of the guns you're talkin about and I like all of them pretty much equally. I rotate them for CC along with my glock 30sf.

john mcsweeney the trigger on mine was a very smooth 3.5lb break. Even single action was crisp and very pleasing. I was really surprised by how good the trigger was. Best thing to do is find one in the store and dry fire it but for the $300 price range I think it’s awesome.

@@kentuckyrangetime Thank you for the quick reply. Sorry, I'm a little confused. Are you saying the double-action pull was 3.5lbs or the single-action pull was 3.5lbs? (3.5lbs seems WAY to light for DA.)

john mcsweeney lol. You got all that from watching a video? I don’t know what handguns your previous experiences are with but I’d advise anybody considering this gun to actually try one in person then make you decision.

I honestly don’t remember for sure but I think I was was doing the traditional “cutting the target center in half with the top plane of the sights” like most Glocks are set up for. It definitely wasn’t 6 o’clock or “pumpkin on a post” like I teach my 4-H target shooters to use. I know Sigs sights are “combat sights” and need the front post dot to center on the target bull. For handguns there is a distance, usually around 25yrds, where factory fixed sights are set for. If your shooting closer you’ll be hitting low, further out you’ll be hitting high and at some point as the bullet starts to drop you’ll be back on center and then low again.

@@linwood434 really not sure but I’d start by looking at the CZ-75 holsters since it’s a clone.

No idea. Never tried any Tula in this one but it’s always ran fine in everything else I shoot.

Nick True lol. it was an planned spur of the moment purchase. The shop owner said it held 15 and the mag is only marked 15. I basically went straight to the range with it and filmed the video. Discovered about half way through shooting that it held 17 rnds. 🤷🏼‍♂️. Now if my editing skills were better I might have fixed that 🤔🙄😂😂

Kentucky Range Time well at least he didn’t say 17, and it only held 15! Either way, cool video and thanks for your input. Have you fired the Sig M17/M18 yet? If so, what is your opinion on it?

Nick True 😂 I have. I picked up the M17 Bravo kit soon after they came out but traded it off about 3 months before I started my IG page. 😢 and started doing the videos. It’s a great platform. I shoot/carry mostly Glock and the grip angle on the Sig, and most other guns, is a bit different so it “pointed” low for me. I had to really work to keep it grouping on target center. Oddly enough I shot it better than my Glocks when shooting on the move. Lol. Nice trigger and the barrel grouped really good. Only other notable difference is like most Sigs it had combat sights, meaning you cover your target center with the front sight. Most manufacturers have target sights, where you cut the target center in half with the top plane of your sights. .

Kentucky Range Time okay that right there helped me out a lot. I own the M18 and have accuracy issues and didn’t understand why. I was thinking “am I that rusty??? I went out with my freshly purchased Yugo Tokarev and hit the gong easy. So you suggest aiming a bit high then? With the front sight on target? I wish they would have explained that in the manual

Nick True Yes, on the Sigs, the dot in the front sight post should be centered on your target, not the top of the sight.
