I showed this song to my mom who is an avid homestuck hater and she made it her ringtone. I just hope she never finds out it's homestuck.

Even though it's not canon, I imagine a credits sequence with this song playing in the background where one by one the major characters of homestuck walk into middle of the stage, bow in a unique way, and walk off the other side. With Andrew Hussie being the last person who bows, and the curtain closes

Whenever I listen to this song I can't help but think of John and how lonely he must feel at the end of the comic for being from another timeline :'(

Your adventures, your friends, your triumphs, your losses, and then you remember, well, yourself. An old man sits at the piano in the room, it just so happens that today on this day she had died old and happy. Your name is John Egbert and you couldn't be happier with they way you lived your life. ( This was probably poorly written so I apologize )

This song makes me really sad for some reason, I can imagine a scene to go with it. After some battle Karkat has injuries and him and Davesprite limp away together, suddenly they find John's corpse astray. Davesprite starts to shed tears and takes his shades off and places them on Johns palm, Karkat notices Davesprite crying and starts to cry as well but looks away while doing so.

This song is perfect for reading Sadstuck to.
