Wow, I absolutely love this. Being an ABBA fan for decades I'm seldom enthusiastic when somebody covers my favourite group. But this version with the interesting changes is so excellent that I must highly praise it!
Very interessting arrangement and changes in the song. Wonderfull voice. A great hommage to the ABBA-original. You are keeping the sadness and desparation of this lonely woman, before he (?) came.
I never get tired of listening to this song in all its versions. This one by Sarah Fairfield catches perfectly the spirit of the song and besides she has a lovely voice. The cover by Alan Bonner is also excellent.
Wow! Really really great version. Somewhere between Agnetha and Elaine Paige (in someone parts it even reminds me of Elaine’s „windmills of your mind“ Version). Hauntingly beautiful🤗🤗🤗
You tell a very beautiful story, also with a beautiful voice, from this absolute A88A masterpiece. You don’t take away from the original, just a softer and very storytelling movement. Well done!
Listen to God and the universe. He always whispers messages to you in the form of human words, dreams, numbers, animals, songs and inspirations. Mohsen.
Agnetha was asked not to sing with all his power, because Benny wants to be a song to the ordinary women that live in solitude. That’s why her voice sounds almost broken.
