I do not have words to express how beautiful this song is. I just turned so numb ....... WOW this feels so great Thank You, Sarah. never stop sharing your art with us.
Honestly, despite I didn't quite like Sarah's music up until this point, from time to time something always dragged me back to it. Well, now it's much more than just something dragging me back. This album is just awesome and weird at the same time, and I love it for this quality of it. Thank you for evolving into the musician who could create this flow of soothing sounds! Greetings from Hungary!
This is art!!!....you took chances and you hit the mark- take it from a person who worked in the industry decades ago before a serious injury changed my life - iv been listening from a far to this new generation of artists and they're all really reaching for the prize and it's always just been there in their hearts. This a heartfelt pc of brilliance. I would have put this on a repeat at my record stores just to watch the clients walk up one after another and ask - " what band is this ???".....its perfectly timed - the length is fitting for your style - a hour-long lp would b hard for some to digest...but this soars to the heavens and rests sweetly in a fantastic finish!!!! ...I really hope this break s you thru Sarah...I have a great feeling that this is the art that people in this genere will be discussing and comparing years from now. Your vocals are gorgeous too!!!....you really made a jem !!!.....I am a huge fan of instrumentatal jazz compositions and some of your piano playing is like being amongst the creaters decades ago!!!.......have a great and safe Holiday season everyone and I am looking forward to you playing this live one night here in Chicago!!!......Great Work Sarah!!!
This is absolutely fascinating! Sarah you have far far out done yourself here. Hearing this coming from anyone is absolutely great, but you put such a dreamy, wide, far out kind of vibe to it that you changed it from great to breath taking.
It's a far cry from the progressive tech death metal I've known you for, but I like this because it's original, and that's what I appreciates about yous miss Sarahs...that and your sick skills. I'm still blown away by your cover of _Follow the Signs_ after all these years.
Nice work Sarah. She does have a beautiful voice. And this is music that can very much become hot for large audiences. Personally it's on a different plant than what I'm looking for, in bands signed to Season of Mist lol But I hope that she will have great success.
Don't take this the wrong way, but I haven't loved what you've released musically in the past- you're obviously an amazing player. But this... This is getting through to me though... The emotions are really resonating with me, I'm glad I stuck on the journey of keeping an eye out on you- you're really growing a lot as a musician lately, much more than just a guitarist, wicked at it though you may be!
I'm not crazy about wind instruments, but in spite of that, this was pretty cool. I like the vocals, too. The last song was the most unique song on here. Nice music making. :)
I like this. Sarah is finally going in the direction of actual music, not the usual workshop-progy-djentissimo. Singing is lovely. More of it pls. But still, for the most part I hear a collection of nice textures and ideas, not dramatically structured songs. I miss any kind of climax, musical storytelling.
The mix is ... really far from done, or either the mastering has gone terribly wrong with the low end compression. The music is great, so it desserves a bit better
What? Kids See Ghosts and Ye, plus all the other Kanye produced stuff this year were less than 25 minutes. Hell Nearly every Buckethead album is this long
its all a bit flat and samey, as though you only have one idea and stretched it out over half an hour. The production, while clear, is utterly uninspiring. no peaks, no low ends, just...meh. Oh, and ripping off Goldie's 'Sea of Tears' hasnt gone unnoticed either.
