Okay so I just did a little twitter research and the woman IS a plant, and a running joke between Millican and one of her comedian friends. But what's more: the sleeping woman actually IS Sarah Millican 😁😁😁. They just edited it in I guess! Pretty hilarious.

Caroline if you look again and again as I did. Only last night 10/07/21.....You will notice it is actually Sarah sleeping ... Apparently she first noticed a person sleeping in one of her shows at (34 min) and from then on she has been superimposing (planting) herself asleep in the crowd since. It is a running joke she includes in her shows. Now I look out for her in the audience! I too, think she's absolutely fantastic! Only finding out about Sarah in 2020 when the world turned to cactus! Hoping Sarah comes to Australia again when this craziness is all over and this time Pleeeease have a show in Sydney, Please?
