okay, BEST tip i ever heard regarding apologizing in excess: whenever you have the urge to say sorry, switch it to “thank you” instead. for example, if an emergency came up and you were late to a commitment, instead of saying “sorry i’m late,” say “thank you for waiting,” or “thank you for understanding.” changed my life lol (note: obviously there are situations where you SHOULD apologize. but the side effect of this tip is that you’ll be able to discern whether an apology is actually required because the switch to “thank you” will make no sense. for example, you spilled coffee on someone’s shirt. how could you possibly turn that to “thank you”? “thank you for catching my coffee with your clothes”? so eventually, you grow used to only saying sorry when it is actually needed without even thinking about it!)
I read years ago that you should never use the word "just" in emails, because it makes what you're saying/asking for seem unimportant. I.e. "I was just wondering..." or "Just wanted to follow up on..." and it's changed the way I compose emails (especially work ones!)

no jacques is apparently a bully according to remi and he treats paige super disrepesctuflly at times, and his behavior in casa amor is kinda yuck too. ik they a few eps behind and soon they will awaken
I can't stand Ekin I wanted her to get kicked off from the public vote. She is literally an actress and I'm convinced the producers brought her in cuz they knew she would play right into their hands. All I can see is how produced this season is cuz of her now.
