Sorry for the loss of your Dad. We rent every Feb./March in Siesta Key. Glad we don't own with the current state of Florida HO insurance and devastating hurricanes.

My 2M house at Bean Point at Anna Maria Island is still covered in three feet of sand, and Milton is coming. I will visit FL but I will never buy real estate in FL...
