Sarawak LAKSA In Kuching Is A Must Try Food. In this Malaysia video I am in Kuching Sarawak and I am in search for a staple dish in Sarawak known as Laksa. Sarawak Laksa is a must try food when visiting this region of Malaysia. Borneo is known for its eclectic street food and cuisine and Kuching is no exception to that. This place had amazing laksa sarawak and I really enjoy my travel to Kuching.

Don't forget to visit Semenggoh Wildlife Centre, Borneo's Jurassic Park, Bako National Park, Annah Rais Longhouse, Sarawak Cultural Village, etc. For the food, dont forget to try Kolok Mee (2 version of it which is halal and non-halal and no similarities between the two accept for the noodle type they are using), Mee Sapi (Beef Noodle), Rojak Ayam (Mixture of fried chicken, fritters, fried tofu, cucumbe with thick gravy, Rojak Buah (Local Fruit Salad), etc. Hope you enjoy your time here in Kuching. you should squeeze the lime onto the spoon, then use the fork to stop the seeds from falling when you pour the juice into the soup. use more lime if not sour enough. the lime juice takes the broth up to another level. perfect combo.

Just before Rumah Makan, you’ll find Chong Choon Cafe where you can find a Laksa Sarawak stall. They serve one of the best laksa in Kuching. Also, behind Rumah Makan, after you passed Nuromen Cafe, if you turn to the right, you’ll find Laksa 126. That is my personal favorite laksa sarawak place. I go there almost every week to enjoy laksa.

Bro, you're a few minutes away from the best of the best laksa, haiyaaa. Anyway, the 'noodle' is not angel hair pasta noodle. It's rice vermicelli or bihun. Laksa Sarawak is by far the best laksa in Malaysia.

To be honest every time I fly home the moment I touch down at Kuching Airport pick up my luggage I straight away order laksa sarawak .I can’t wait to look for restaurants or eatery places outside airport. Every time dine out I still prefer laksa sarawak & while waiting for my flight back to Kuala Lumpur I will order laksa again. I surely , miss laksa sarawak and few restaurants that serve laksa sarawak and not all the same tastes if they aren’t belong to sarawakians. ’

Laksa is always with chicken, eggs and prawns. You can add on beansprouts if you wish. Then it's with some bee hoon and spicy broth which is so damn good. The guy gave you the wrong venue bro haha

I will go try the James Brooke Bistro Sarawak Laksa. I m very upset at one thing with Sarawak Laksa: A few years ago, I used to get 4 prawns (not 3) and bigger portion for RM7 !
