Part 1 of my reaction to one of the most challenging and profound films I've seen in my life. It's emotionally disturbing, but it's brilliantly crafted and ultimately a rewarding experience. #reaction #india #moviereaction
I'm so glad I'm able to share this experience with you all. I wish I could've posted the full reaction as one video, but YT copyright policies are making the 2nd half of this movie very difficult to upload and I didn't want to delay getting the 1st half out any longer. I promise to have part 2 up ASAP. This movie was very, very powerful. Through the editing process I've come to appreciate it, and in particular Vicky Kaushal's performance, even more. It reminds me of how I feel after watching Schindler's List; exhausted, emotionally devastated, but appreciative and thoughtful. I've been inspired to study more Indian history, that's saying the very least.
Next in line should be 1. Taare Zameen Par 2. Uri: Surgical strike (True story) 3. Shershah (True story) 4. Raazi (True story) 5. Dangal (True story) 6. 3 Idiots 7. Gully Boy (its more like hollywood movies so may be foreigners will like it. Based on real life rapper.)
@@imnoone8532 I know these are better but as a introduction to different genre for someone who is not familiar with indian culture, I have suggested those movies
Everybody believe me in my family my mother’s father grandfather died in Jallianwala Bagh massacre and in the Jallianwala Bagh museum his photo is also there
You should definitely react to Shershaah. Based on the true life story of Captain Vikram Batra. Even the two main actors got married to eachother after the movie.
It's coming ASAP brother, fighting with RU-vid's copyright checks is the only thing holding it up, I really wish I could've just released it as one video. I appreciate you sticking around for part 2!
The kind of movies , Hollywood has stopped making. I hope you have watched some Malayalam films too. They make the best cinema in India, probably in the world too. There are atleast 12 different movie language industries (maybe even more) in India. 1. Hindi (unpopularly known as Bollywood) 2. Bengali 3. Odia 4. Bhojpuri 5. Telugu 6. Malayalam 7. Tamil 8. Kannada 9. Marathi 10. Gujarati 11. Punjabi 12. Assamiya.
Don't fall for communism and socialism. Because it have big big loopholes what lead Russia because a dictatorship. Because the creates of socialism communism didn't complete his work ,they only talked about revolution but not how the country will function after they win the revolution. Indians hated British that's why they become communists. One Indian freedom fighters(Subhash chandra bose) shaked hands with Hitler and then flew to Japan to free the British Indian troops imprisoned as prisoners of war and carved a Indian national army to fight the British with the Japanese invasion of Myanmar and northeast India but the supplies stopped from the Japanese after they surrendered. subhash chandra bose stories inspired the British Indian navy (which was suit duck after WW2) was over with 500+ worship rebelled . Eventually they gave up rebelling because the non violence movement of Gandhi dis approach of there armed rebellion but the British left in a hurry because they feared another rebellion brewing in the British Indian army (and if that happened the British would be humiliated and had to leaves India with humiliation, so they played the save game and left). Thr former prime minister of UK Clement Attlee when asked why the left India after win WW2 said Subhash chandra bose and his growing influence in India leading to rebellion. When asked about the soft party the non- violence movement of Gandhi had any pressure on British to leave Clement Attlee laughingly saied "nil". www.indiatoday.in/india/story/exclusive-attlee-told-bengal-governor-netaji-not-gandhi-got-india-freedom-claims-book-305512-2016-01-25
