I'm watching this at 1080p, the underwater footage are AMAZING! At about 4 mins in and perhaps less than 6 ft deep, you could already spot sea turtles hanging out. That school of sardines is huge, I love it! 😱👍❤💯

Wonderfully beautiful! :) For me, seeing sea turtles means good luck and blessings heh. Since you are not afraid of water, swim well and does not suffer from sea sickness ... you should do the Open Water PADI diving. It just takes a few days to go through the entire course and then where ever you go in the Philippines and the World, you can dive! (Specialty diving courses are addons to Open Waters, you can do it whenever you feel like it, e.g. Night Diving, Wreckage Diving, etc.) Our planet is so beautiful, I pray everyday that we can really respect and protect our precious earth.

The young uns today would say "Sick!" to describe this video. I am from the generation that would say "Far out man!" Another epic video w/ some great music to boot! There was one sequence @12:24 into the video when the music made a sound like someone shooting a laser in a video game and the sardines opened up a hole for you. Now THAT was awesome! Cheers!

Wow, it's so beautiful, so blue!!🐟🐢🌊😍 This is the clearest, cleanest shot of turtles & sardines I've seen from a vlogger 📹. The locals were right. Better to dive early in the morning to get good lighting.

I have only experienced Sardine Run in Moalboal, still something I can remember well. It was an amazing experience. I went from just finding Nemo, to chasing Dolphins and swimming with whale sharks then experiencing a sardine run. Amazing. I wish I get to scuba dive too. When I get over being afraid with depth.

Great to see you experience the u/w environment in the Philippines. While working there between 1983 - 2001 I did hundreds of dives, got my Divemaster certification there and in the 90s had my own dive boat in Anilao, Batangas. Also took a trip to Moal Boal in 1987 and saw and photographed so many Lion Fish at Pescador Is. FWIW, You have very good technique swimming with fins, keeping legs straight and kicking from the hips (not knees). A tip for getting down easier is to hinge at the hips 90° head down then straighten flipping the legs up vertically out of water. The weight of the legs up in air helps overcome the buoyancy in the lungs making it easier to get down the first two or three meters. When ascending if you look-up which keeps tip of snorkel down then exhale through it just before surfacing it will be completely free of water via displacement. Enjoy. 😊

WOW Philippines Is So BEAUTIFUL

Wow you did great! Such huge awesome school of sardines there! In the 70s & 80s Puerto Galera was realy awesome for snorkeling & diving, though not for sardines, it was the stuff you used to see in National Geographic! Colorful, beautiful corrals of all shapes, size & types, we never saw a turtle but it was realy beautiful under the water. Eels & octopus, would be playing "jack in the box" as we swim about & there were giant clams in the deep though not so deep parts. Sadly, the commercialism of touurism & lack of local govt regulations caused a bad effect& the natural beauty was a casualty, then in the 90s there was a news feature how Puerto Galera was inundated by jellyfish & garbage, afterwards there was a ban of some sorts, & then it was reported in the news that the Science of Marine Biology in University of the Philippines were going to conduct a thorough study. Its been said, no one can say for sure if its only rumour but it made sense as how eventuality has progressed, that the jelly fish infestation was intentionaly done to stop tourism on the water for the reason the marine life was devastated. I am so glad Moal Boal seems to be under care that the same thing doesn't happen there. But the corrals in Moal Boal is less in quality compared to the high quality of marine beauty Puerto Galera used to have. Ah Merghim, its the sad consequence to tourism when its left unchecked, when commercialism overtakes the need for control. Enjoy yourself, you swam with turtles & sardines! Wow! Hahahahaha!
