Took 15 years for my wife to start experimenting with my French cheeses, which she first thought smelled like a dead body. Nowadays shes a big fan. If you cant beat them, join them.

You had me in culinary ecstasy until the sea urchin roe (uni). Sea urchin needs to be absolutely FRESH, meaning you get a live one, send it into the Great Beyond, and eat it raw. Good sea urchin corals are firm, creamy, and a bit floral to the palate. I know from experience. Those canned ones were mush.
Looking at the thumbnail I was worried you were going to make "prison haggis" with a condom and a bunch of mushed up seafood. Maybe I need to spend less time on the internet...

Discovered your channel last week and have binged every video, great stuff. But why no mention of one of the OG canned fish companies Chicken Of The Sea. I know they are not a premium brand, but I would love to see a review of some of what they offer... Thanks for the hours of entertainment.
Another sweet video flick only this one is rated M for Mature Audiences Only. The good stuff will always make you harder than Chinese arithmetic and her wetter than a shampooed water buffalo. On another note...I need to order the Espinaler small bottle to take to work. I have the big bottle and the sauce is got dang guud! Critics say its just vinegar and dried pimento and it is but its really more complex than that in its simplicity. I poured some into a little 3 oz bottle and took it to work the other day and splooged it on a tin of Nuri's as well as a tin of Brunswick sprats. It was da kine and broke da mouth goodnessess!
