Finally someone defending the "PEOPLE".Now a days Pakistani companies/industries made employees mentally disturbed. They don't even care about the well being of those employees. PEOPLE need to be valued to expect loyalty in return.

Why don't you focus on uplifting the overall standards of the factories. Industry is in a downward spin. And nobody is concerned. I am not talking about the govt. Govt is secondary the owners are least interested. Bass order mill jaiy Sab theek hojaiy ga. Factories are in pathetic state. Compliance issues, health and safety issues. Poor house keeping. This govt will not do it for you. Plus what do we make just products out of coarse yarn that's it!!!! Denims , twill canvas that is it!!! Our workers skill set is not there to make fine products. Hum cargo pants bana Kay khosh Hain because multiple pockets and complicated style covers the stitching errors. If we do not improve we will go out of business very soon. Already Africa is coming up fast and they are doing multiple products not just jeans. Think about it!!!!!!
