Sarvangasana or shoulder stand is a yoga pose wherein the whole body is balanced on the shoulders. Sarvangasana influences the functioning of all parts of your body.

This asana is highly beneficial in maintaining the mental and physical health and is also referred as ‘Queen of asanas’. I do practice daily the camel pose,plow pose, shoulder stand pose,seated forward bend pose,cobra pose,tree pose, and mountain pose...... Can you please tell me the right order to do all these pose. Kindly request.... please .

I don't know if this helps but just using these poses... starting in Mountain and tress to center yourself. Forward bend and cobra will compliment each other and serve to open/warm you up a little more. Shoulder stand and Camel to finish which are the more intense ones. For camel getting deeper into open shoulders/front body (quads and hip flexors) would be helpful. I would add variety so your body gets the benefits of some other poses too. Namaste and be well!
