I've downloaded the SAS extension in VS Code for use with my local SAS 9.4 build. I can connect locally and run SAS code, but I'm not able to see any libraries or the WORK folder. How can I view results of my SAS code in VS Code with a local connection?

This is coming soon, hoping in the next release. It's supported for SAS Viya connections now, and coming soon for local SAS and SAS 9.4 Remote IOM connections.

Great video! How did you get the Explorer windows working in the SAS extension @ 6:01? I can connect to an IOM server but see the following in the explorer window: Your connection does not support SAS content navigation within the SAS Extension for Visual Studio Code. You can access files only using the Explorer view.

Yes - these functionalities are currently not available for SAS 9.4 connection. You can add yourself on the GitHub project as watcher on the feature requests: There are feature requests available for this on the GitHub project: - Add Library panel support 2.sas.com/6053ptnaW - support for Content Navigation, Libraries, and/or the Data Viewer: 2.sas.com/6056ptnaq Hope this helps!
