Hello Kubeir, 2173 job code has 2 entries in the document for licensure, out of which first entry has no restriction on engineering programs and also has different certification requirements.

I have submitted my ita and I claimed 2 NOCS code and I provided the 2 reference letters in both NOCs, I am so afraid right now because I have submitted it since August 2019 and I have not been nominated. I claimed 4032 and 6332. I am a graduate of international relations. Hopefully I get good consideration

@@AskKubeir I'm sorry I didn't calculate it correctly.. my job working duration is from January 2009 till may 2021 my contract end. If I applied today, can I get the points for the most recent 5 years or not? Because they mentioned on the official site is not clear to me. They said if you apply on 1 January 2014 Then the most recent 5 years is from 2009 till 2013 .. but they didn't specify if it should be December 2013 or it might be Agap like 3 or 4 months

Hello sir, I have an active EE profile but the score is less. So decided to try for PNP. Consulted one of the Canadian lawyer. They said "If the PNP is applied through the lawyers then we have a better chance of getting the nomination. Is that true? I have already applied for EOI in multiple provinces. Should I take the lawyer service or wait for the nomination? my noc is 2171 and eoi score for sinp is 62

Hi, Sir it seems that saskachewan has also restricted all NOC draw after Sep 27, before that there were almost two draws every month. But now very less draws and for very specific NOCs. How do you look at this?

Hi Kubeir, I have 10 years of experience. 8 years in one NOC and 2 years in another. Both the NOCs are in the draw of 25th October i.e 6235 and 2171. When you fill out the EOI, its not mentioned anywhere that we need experience in one NOC. How can we confirm that we cannot claim experience based on multiple NOCs ?

Hi Kubeir, I have a qualification called CFA ( Chartered Financial Analyst) from the CFA Institute of USA. It is not a Degree but a Certification Program. The program however, is considered A GOLD STANDARD among Finance Professionals and Investment Management Field. It is very popular in Canada especially in Toronto. My Question is - will this qualification be entertained ? I have relevant experience pertaining to the CFA.

Kubeir sir kindly clear one thing about work experience relevancy to education , If somebody gets nomination through SINP and some how after some time file get rejected due to that reason. Then will it effect the process of Express Entry for that person, like for ITA , will he make new profile or that old score or profile Wil be valid?

Can i use my provident fund only as POF or do i need to show some liquid cash in my account ? I can provide my salary slips which states my monthly contribution in my provident fund and also a letter from the company stating the current balance of the provident fund. I can also provide my bank statement where my salary is credited to show that the documents provided are legit.

Hi Kubeir Sir, i have got a query regarding from Post bachelor's Degree and Post Masters Degree. I have finished my B.com(regurlars) in 2007 and i worked as an accoutant from June 2007 till December 2008( 1 and half years) , than i did my Msc(International Business & Management) from United Kingdom 2009 till 2011 and from 2011 till current i am still working as an accountant (10+) years of Work experience in the same field. HI Kubeir.. I have a following query regarding close connection in Saskatchewan. My wife would be accompanying me to Canada if we get through SINP - OID. Her real Uncle ( Mama) is a Canadian PR holder for many years. The uncle is in Toronto and is self employed. He has recently taken a house on rent in Saskatoon on his name to pursue his business interest in Saskatchewan region and travels between Toronto and saskatoon at least once in a month.He is paying water bills and other utility bills there for the rented house and some form of taxes on the business he is doing there. he would be completing 12 months in May 2020 and would extend his housing lease further. Can we use him as our close connection in Saskatchewan to get 20 points more since he is ready to support us with all documents? looking forward to your response.. thnx in advance

@@AskKubeir he can provide 1- rent agreement and recipts, 2- can provide power /energy bills. 3- income tax paid but doesnt have Saskatchewan Health card or driving license ? do they require all the documents mentioned as proof to be shown or few would suffice?

Sir Kubeir can you please tell if prize bonds are acceptable?? I have maintained it more than 3 months. But prize bonds doesn't have my name on it. What to do i have to submit my application by end of November. Should i liquidate prize bonds in bank account but it will not fulfil the requirement of 3 months maturity. Only prize bonds are fulfilling the age of funds. Or should i liquidate and attach bonds to SINP application to let them know that i maintained it fore more than 3 months and now liquidated?

@Kubeir kamal prize bonds are issues by guving cash therr is no such document that proves that it is in our name however we have tried to find a way out by preparing an affidavit by a lawyer and get it notarized. This is the only way to prove that those bonds are mine. If you have any other suggestions kindly let me know

Govt document and alternative to provide in absence of the government documents. This is a burning topic sir. As in Asian countries social security is not a major concern. Will bank statements be acceptable? Although they are not Govt agencies but regulated by Govt body.

Hi Kubeir Sir, Let's say if somebody is holding 8 years of work experience and it fall in same years of education. Is the person eligible to claim points for total 8 years or only which is gained after completion of highest education? The bachelors and masters is through distance mode. The entire work experience is in night shift as person works for US employer. Also, bachelor does not match with line of exp but masters does. Is it fine to be qualified for SINP? please advise. TIA

Hi,need some information.. when applying for SINP PNP, can i show 10 years of experience in difference NOC (2282, 2171, 0312)? On Saskatchewan website just "working atleast 1 year in occupation in demand " is mentioned and it doesn't say anything about multiple work experiences. Can i claim all my work experience in my SNIP application (15 points), considering 10 years of overall experience or is it that I need to consider only the experience which is related to the occupation in demand NOC?

Hi Kubeir, Thanks for the comprehensive video on SINP. Do we need certification like CIPS or APEGS for "Bachelors of Engineering in Information Technology" and "work experience of Software Engineer NoC 2173". Please clarify, as the statement regarding the Computer Science engineering do not require va certificate, mentioned in license pages of noc 2173 2174 is quite confusing. And if needed, exactly which certificate to apply for NOC 2173 software engineer. APEGS? OR Which of the 3 from CIPS (aitp, isp, itcp)? Your reply would be very helpful and appreciated. Thanks in advance!!

I have gone Each and every corner of the website but nothing early mentioned about IT engineering. The only thing mentioned is computer science engineering are not allowed what you showed in video . Hence I am still not sure.

Helo sir , I have created profile in federal skilled worker express entry program but my scores are low so is there any chance that still I could get ITA by any province( on the basis of their requirement criteria ) or I need to show EOI to that particular province separately

Sir my profile is already in pool so what I am asking is should I have to wait to get nomination from any province or I should myself show EOI to a province( ofcourse if eligible )

Helo sir can you please guide me that how can I get the paper copy of my WES report as I have received it in my phone only . I have also write an email to them and got reply that they have send it to IRCC
