Okay guys. JoBo252 is correct, If you have a British passport, the front has a coat of arms with the heading..United Kingdom of Britain and Nothern Ireland. Yes Nothern Ireland is under British rule. When i was in middle school and high school, i used to watch her videos while i ate because i was lonely and wanted someone to eat with. I think my favourite thing about your videos is how willing you are to eat new/frightening things... I'm from NZ where we're heavily influenced by the U.K. English breakfast is a regular thing here and even though I grew up with it, I'm still not game enough to ever try black pudding. Btw Edinburgh is the most amazing place and I recommend (since you're going to Inverness) you check out Urquhart Castle on Loch Ness... it's really quite amazing

i’ve been rewatching her videos as well. It’s crazy how the signs were all there; in her diet/low calories series she explained what foods upset her stomach such as cherries and most varieties of tea, SassE took rigorous care of her health and would even make videos longer by finishing leftovers the next day as to not over eat. she was always writing captions during editing apologizing for “eating messy/ stains in tooth”, it makes me laugh because she would be bamboozled by the mukbang channels that exist now and id like to think she was such a blue print since she did many firsts. She was humble to the end, moving to a different state to create higher quality videos for us. Her medical journey was such a misfortune that her symptoms weren’t identified properly as it is for many. Dear Heather i hope you’re doing well and i’m sending loving thoughts.

Black pudding here in England is kind of like Marmite, you love it or you hate it, I love it personally. I rarely eat the full English these days, but when I do, its goooood. American bacon tends to be what we Brits call streaky bacon, more fatty. I love our bacon mmmmm. The toast rack is a formal kind of thing, I only really see them in hotels, most of us have them at home but rarely use them, though I'm not sure why.

A British fry up is a classic dish & made well with all the right elememts, it is hard 2 beat. SassE was right - it will see U thru the day, keep U warm thru the chilly temps here & it is a great substamtial meal. British guys used 2 have a huge breakfast like that & it gave them the ability 4 a day's hard physical labur. Typically, Sasse created & ate this classic dish perfectly! She was such a class act. I'm glad she travelled & saw great places & tried fresh experiemces... I desperately wish she was gifted the last half cf her life... She had such a special, happy & warm spirit - she really deserved 2 have extra decades, & use them well, & die peaceful & asleep, as a beautiful grey haired elderly lady, after a full & fab life. It's very hard 2 accept Lizzy has left us. She is 4Ever a girl... & 4Ever luved. We must see that we will be with her fast, but we fail 2 realise that life is crazily brief! GRAB IT - as she did!!! Till we meet U up there, beautiful SassE, sweet dreams... We luv U & are grateful 4 the gift U gave us & will still give us as the years fly by... Yr UTube magic. XXX

I'm from Sweden but I currently live in Scotland, and I have some non-traditional tips for you to check out in Edinburgh! Go to Calton Hill (go at sunset for a beautiful view over the city), Dean Village (an adorable walkway around the Water of Leith), Portobello Beach (a gorgeous and relaxing beach just a bus ride away from the city centre), Camera Obscura and World of Illusion (a funky museum that's very different from your "traditional" museum) and Frankenstein Pub (a pub decorated all in the theme of Frankenstein)! You did really well, sometimes with a full English we eat fried bread (although I rarely have them) and jam is different to jelly over here in England. Redcurrant jelly can be eaten with meat and it's really tasty, I've never thought of putting it on toast before but I suppose it is really similar to jam. Also I love the isle of Skye, I go there all the time for my holidays, you're in for such a treat! I'm sure you'll have loads of fun, the views over there are spectacular xx

Someone else mentioned the jelly goes on meat. That would be so odd to me! I guess we do glaze ham, so it's a bit similar. I think lots of Scots will be on holiday on Skye when I go because I had such a hard time finding a B&B and I booked back in December.

We use apple sauce on pork, its a kind of jam, or jelly I guess, except it's more saucy. I haven't heard of any other meat with jam on though. But I live in Manchester, so I don't really know if anyone else does in other parts of the U.K. However, hot pork, stuffing and applesauce muffin at the Christmas markets are great. You should try that sometime sassEsnacks 😀
