When madara said that you've got your priorities backwards is really nice to hear. They made the village to protect their brothers but ended up making something for which they'd kill their brothers.
One of the truly sad things in the final battle between Hashirama and Madara is that Madara always hated people standing behind him. Because he could trust no one ultimately to watch it. No one except Hashirama. And Hashirama was forced to betray that trust by literally stabbing Madara in the back.
It would probably be either Karin or Tsunade (since the Uzumaki clan's ancestors are the senju). But even then Karin is not closely enough related to him for it to matter and we already knew she was an Uzumaki before this.
Unpopular opinion: Itachi was an awesome character no doubt, but I think that he was a complete failure... If it wasn't for Hashirama, Sasuke would've probably decide to destroy the leaf at that point... He was literally a second from doing it. Itachi meant no harm, but involving obito in the massacre was a Huge mistake, plus all the hatred he poured onto Sasuke only made him go rogue... Sasuke left the village, where he was safe, and went to frikin' Orochimaru, one of the most evil characters, putting himself and the leaf in danger... And Itachi genjutsuing Sasuke and basically brainwashing him didnt help. Also, the choice Itachi made is not necessarily the right thing to do... I mean think about it... He chose to slaughter his entire f***ing family instead of fighting with them against the leaf... Sure, he may have prevented a 4th shinobi world war, it might have been a logical thing to do in his mind, but like we really don't know how things would developed had the massacre not happened...
Fun Fact: The voice actor for Hashirama here was actually the voice actor for Tobirama back in OG when Orochimaru summoned them to fight the 3rd in the attack on the leaf village.
You cannot deny Danzo was doing it for the Leaf. Me: If you mean turning the Leaf Village into AtLA's Fire Nation then sure, why not. Danzo's plan was no different than Sozin's, rule the other nations.
I just want to make it clear that Tobirama genuinely established the Military Police Force as a sign of trust towards the Uchiha, but they took it the wrong way and thought he was trying to control them. Hiruzen was not completely blind to the actions that Danzo took. He RELIED on Danzo to secure Konoha's safety and well-being whatever means necessary. He only truly had a problem when the Uchiha Massacre happened. During all the years (yes YEARS) that the Uchiha plotted to take over the village, Hiruzen did absolutely nothing, not even attempted to negotiate with the Uchiha clan, instead he wanted to leave it to Danzo. Look Hiruzen was a nice man and all but let's be honest.....Hiruzen was the main man responsible for Danzo turning out the way he was
Sorry but when third hokage said that he inherited the "will of fire " from first hokage I was angry, he was a failure as a hokage and as a student of two hokages, he didn't kill Danzo nor Orochimaru when he found their crimes but he allowed massacre of his village's founder clans innocent and guilty party before any crime was done on Uchiha part, Hashirama said that he would kill even his brother or best friend if he threatened the Leaf but the third Hokage didn't do that and because of him Konoha was destroyed multiple times and almost erased from existence ,he is the same as Tobirama and Danzo , he has only done things that worked short-term and that had consequences in a long run.
One thing about Tobirama, he was extremely cautious of the Uchiha, but he genuinely tried to mediate with them. The establishment of the Military Police Force was a genuine sign of trust from him. At least in his eyes Also the reason Hiruzen didn't do anything about Danzo? It was simply because he relied on the man to secure Konoha's safety through whatever means possible, even if he disagreed with some of them. In a way, Hiruzen was responsible for Danzo becoming the way he is
A little exaggerated but it fine. He's a long way from being a hero or an idol, but he's definitely a great example of a good person to follow in his footsteps and mentality.
True. Only humans are capable of operating from the shadows to conspire genocide against entire groups of people, loot their body parts, deflect all blame, all while justifying it for the sake of imaginary boundaries of land. That is our history ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
@@degenerate2150 The opposite really. He did what many people have done to make their country prosper and grow even now. It is human nature to do these things
I hope that this isn't too much to ask but once you're done with the series, can you please react to the Different openings without editing some parts out. I just love you're reaction to the show. PLEASE🙏
It's absolutely comical how Shippuden emphasizes Itachi's sacrifice ad nauseum, while completely minimising the gravitas of the Uchiha clan massacre. I find it really frustrating to see one side being painted with abundent shades of grey, despite their questionable/horrific decisions/actions, while the entirety of the Uchiha clan are reduced to a diseased animal they had no choice but to put down
11:51 Could you imagine a civilian of Konohagakure looking up at that very moment and seeing their legendary leaders reincarnated, and standing on their own heads? They would wonder if they had gone insane...
Minato wouldn't have been able to convince the Uchiha to not attempt their coup. In the light novels where Itachi was the main character, the Uchiha displayed a severe dislike for Minato because they felt he didn't deserve the Hokage title. Not when Fugaku was a much better candidate than him since he too had similar feats, but was passed over by the village
7:22 Fun fact: Third Hokage said that Shisui was a descendant of Kagami Uchiha, but that's not just it. If you look it up, Kagami Uchiha was actually the father of Shisui
Fun fact, on the day this episode went up on you tube your boyfriend posted og 109. The episode when Sasuke chooses to leave the leaf and in your episode he for the first time chooses to defend it.
most hitting part sasuke doesn't give a damn about the village's well being here he simply is not able to let itachi's life be in vain, it is for itachi not konoha or anyone aside from naruto in it.
I mean, the Uchiha were born as an Uchiha... They have no control on what race they would be born... People are just scared or what so ever simply because the Uchiha were born the way they are... Just my opinion though HAHAHAH
