@@captain2s404idk I argue with a lot of people about this . Raikage didn’t shatter the Susanoo ribcage with Liger Bomb it only cracked . He upped his lightning armor when he saw Sasuke’s Mangekyo but I doubt the Guillotine Drop would’ve shattered the Susanoo because he was still in the air and the Enton (Inferno Style) was traveling upwards and would’ve caught , punctured , and burned Raikage to death just like how Sasuke used it against Naruto in their final fight . Not saying Sasuke wouldn’t have taken damage but he would’ve survived .
This fight was just a huge case of recklessness on both sides. Sasuke with his overusage of his Mangekyou Sharingan and Raikage with his reckless behavior and attacking without any concern. Sasuke and Raikage are raw, but they both should've either been dead or extremely injured if Gaara hadnt come in.
If Gaara didn’t step in Sasuke would’ve been wrecked. Wish we saw the Raikage more during the War Arc before things got Dragon Ball Z level ridiculous.

You would think the number of times Sasuke was arrogant and saved from death either by his enemy not wanting to kill him or one of his friends saving him (even though he treats them all like crap) he might eventually learn to take it easy But no, this is just his first "should have been murdered" event of the day, he's got like three more to go. Seriously, every fight of his is "Sasuke should die but someone says him" Deidara is the only exception and even there that is just because he mind controlled someone to save his ass instead of someone doing it willing.

A lot of people think Sasuke would have survived. Do you realize the ligar bomb cracked and even shattered the ribcage of the susano. So just imagine taking such impact from the front. They would have both injured themselves but the Amaterasu can be extinguished by sealing it like jairaya did but Sasuke was a gunner for sure

Sasuke was just coughing blood from Susanoo use. Sasuke had the opportunity to ask Karin for healing when he escaped yet he didn't, which goes to show he never took significant damage. How is the Killer Bee fight relevant at all when Sasuke was never protected by the Susanoo or kagatsuchi against Bee? Even if Sasuke was using those things against Bee, harming Sasuke would be Bee's feat, not the Raikage's. A lariat from base Bee overpowered the Raikage in the war arc, and a cloaked Bee didn't even instakill a completely unprotected Sasuke. In what world does a Sasuke protected by Susanoo+kagatsuchi die to a weaker Raikage?

@@aurumix4040 amaterasu kagutsuchi has a material resistance and kinda act like a solid since it can pierce pretty much anything...(look out the last fight with naruto) I'd say both would've been serverly injured from this attack
I don’t think the sand actually stopped him more than he was surprised and cancelled his attack. Also, the Sand immediately stops Amaterasu right after this scene so I dunno what you’re crying about. Clearly his sand is stronger than Amaterasu
@BJMKBKNLU I don't hate sasuke but he definitely isn't on my list of favorite characters. Whatever the case Sasuke is not someone to feel sorry for. He feels that he was wronged by having his family and clan taken away and so he feels he must have revenge which will cause the same pain on others. He is self absorbed in darkness and isn't able to forgive or understand. He is pretty much pathetic.
Sometimes I really wanna hate Sasuke for all the things he's done to Naruto and Sakura, but I always find my self cheering him on in fights and getting excited when I find out he's in an episode. DARN YOU KISHIMOTO FOR MAKING HIM SO GORGEOUS!! Ugh, now I know how Sakura feels...

@yamchu100 I'm not acting blind. Raikage is my second favorite character after jiraiya. I was just being realistic that he was about to guillotine into the amaterasu and he would have been servery injured afterwards, probably losing the leg. While sasuke would have been broken in half

Now because of plot armor and HE IS the main character, obviously the author brought him back. Sasuke is main character too yes, but for a show to be great, the stories have to feel real and make sense to the viewer. In other words main character or not, Sasuke did not stand chance against the Raikage. BEACUSE OF PLOT ARMOR , Gaara had to intervened in order to "save" sasuke to live. If the plot armor was not that way, the Raikage would definetly get hurt but sasuke would absolutrly die, that's what "makes sense". That's why the author had Gaara intervened to show you that was the only way he could get "saved"............MAKE SENSE?

We all know Sasuke is a top tierpowerful and exceptional ninja, but the amount of plot armor he got in Shippuden was so annoying🙄. Idc what anyone says, the Raikage would’ve bodied him.

the one thing that has always bothered me about this....the raikage clearly cuts his arm off in the forearm region, long before it gets to his elbow.....more than enough space to craft a prostetic.....yet they always show him after this as if his arm is gone from the shoulder.....bruh, they literally had the technology, he could have easily had an enforced forearm/hand prosthesis that would damn near improve his taijutsu....but instead they make it seem like the removed the whole entire arm and Lord A just gave the fuck up on it. one of the biggest plot holes for me, it was so glaringly obvious that he didnt lose his entire arm and could have easily compensated with an prosthetic smh.
@@tempo3445 Plot armor 1000% Rewatch the show and how much Susanoo pops up out of nowhere to protect him from some lethal attack. And somehow, even after using about all his chakra, he always has enough chakra to maintain it.
@MundoVector Well actually Itachi was the most proficient with Tsyukoyomi everyone in the shinobi world feared Itachi Gnejutsu prowess the most along with his other abilities. Sasuke seemed to be more proficient with amaterasu then Itachi as he can control the flames and take them off.
@ballwizard6 totally agree....he might even get a haxxed up space/time tech or some crazy speed boost to put make naruto's hyped shunshin a crawl.....God, i just hope he gets a rematch with the raikage. Hopefully, he cross paths with some fodders like temari and kankuro, those guys have been developing a lot of backbone lately
Don't want to spoil it for anyone, but the Madara who is causing all the trouble is a fake......who he is is still a mystery. The real Madara may be faster than everyone except the first hokage
