Thank you so much! Im using the black book but when I don't feel like reading through all of the walk throughs I just watch your videos! Thank you :)))
This is a godsend for me since I absolutely tank my score with the English section. Near flawless on math but this crap always pulls me just below average for ivy schools. Thanks for the assistance.
Thanks! First I'm probably gonna do the math sections from this test, but I'll definitely keep more history passage walkthroughs in mind since I know those are tricky :)
I can get about 1540 in sim tests but I struggle with the writing part (350/400) since I don't have that large of a vocabulary. How can I improve? Thanks!
The vocab on the sat is often simpler words in weird or ambiguous contexts, so it may help to improve your reading comprehension/“guessing” skills about what a sentence means or is trying to say rather than just memorizing vocab words, probably by just reading more outside of the sat. There are some “pure” vocab questions that this doesn’t really help with, but by reading more and looking up words you don’t know while you read, you can improve on those questions too (but I agree,, those ones are tough)! Good luck :D
Hi. As a non native student i am struggling with comprehension some people recommended to read english materials like articles and books but they are not helping me what is your advice in this case
It's all about quantity in this case, I think! If articles and books aren't working and you find yourself really struggling, you might want to try RU-vid videos/TV shows/movies (in English with English captions on) or podcasts to get more of a variety and ease yourself into learning English. Those will probably still have a similar effect but also be more fun to study with :)
The first writing section video I made covers most of the important stuff about grammar! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-KXF9u9iZRM8.html
Nope, but it can definitely help! There are plenty of things that universities will look for in terms of extracurriculars. Basically, universities just want you to excel at anything you’re passionate about, whatever that may be
@@annas-universe I got it and If I want to get extra opportunity to get into those University's. Do I need Internationally award of olympiads? If i just get a division level award or National level award will it be also helpful?
