So I finally admitted my obsession with these videos to my husband. But I told him there is a whole community of us and I feel like I found my people. Thuy does wonderful work and I’m so glad she shares her talent with us.
My husband has told me several times that watching pimple popping videos is "sick." I don't consider it any different than his frequently watching court cam shows, road rage, customer wars, cold cases, etc.!
Good work. I wish she and her coworkers always show their faces and their workplace so I know who I'm watching. I'm so confused and only want to see hers and Loan's work. And there is so much of their work that has other's names and faces. Difficult to distinguish sometimes

I wonder about people like this. Are they ill informed in their opinion because they don't know what they are talking about? Are they ill informed because they have watched the wrong videos from the wrong "experts" and just listened to the bits that fit in with their opinions? Or are they here to try and ruin everyone's day before they go back into their cave under the bridge?

She was talking to the client and to, I assume the mother, giving instructions and talking about hidden acne.

I believe we will see more and more techs using a lance or needle. Why? Because making the tiny opening allows the junk to come out easier with less pressure. Less pressure means less pain and less bruising. If you have ever squeezed pimples/blackheads, you know some require a great deal of pressure. That’s because there is no good opening to the surface. So heavy pressure is needed so the pus or plug can RUPTURE the tissue to get out. Which way do you think will result in more pain, more scarring, and slower healing?

This does not pertain to this video, however there are two things I wish for: 1) do the area around the mouth first before your gloves get dirty with debris, blood and pus 2) that you clean your blade before doing another cut after you've popped a bloody pus filled zit. I watch a lot of your videos!!
I would say the infection is aready present in the skin flora/person, so wiping the blade makes no difference...she's not cutting someone else and using that blade on this person.
I don’t like that she must prick every area. She's inly damaging the skin. I wish she would try squeezing the area first before privking the area. As you can see, when she's extracting the gunk, you'll see gunk come out from other pores. I enjoy her work, just don't like that she has to prick the area. If she didn't pinch the area so closely, she wouldn't need to prick the pore deeper or more times. Like Enilsa says, stretch the area and push up. Thuy never does this, thats why she feels by pricking the pore mire than 2 times she can extract the gunk.
Her clients make great improvement and you don't see scaring. She knows what she is doing. I understand what you are saying because I also find myself saying squeeze more or squeeze before you poke. Then I remind myself that the client always improves and ends up with a lovely complexion.❤
@dorothydeese759 You're right. Then again Dr Sandra Lee has said that can cause damage. I know she too does the same, but she doesn't have her patients bleeding like Thuy does.
