Because whiteheads need an exit hole from the pore/hair follicle. If this isn't done ,when pressure is applied to 'pop' them it can cause the hair follicle to burst,pushing the contents of sebum/keratin into the surrounding skin tissue. This will cause inflammation/infection,which can cause scarring,and is the reason that it used to be said that acne shouldn't be squeezed Inflammation is following extraction has nothing to do with the scalpel cut or "not emptying the pore" and nearly everything to do with this this simple fact
Мне всегда было непонятно, зачем делать такой глубокий надрез, прорезая дерму? Ещё и вертикано.... достаточно сделать неглубокий надрез аерхнего слоя под углом , тогда и крови не будет.

🌾🌼🌻 it's amazing how well the thumb nail sweep gets a lot of stuff out yet I seldom see that unless it's on the nose.🙄 I like multiple pops then do the sweep.💜🌷🌾🧤
