She never made an opening big enough for the bulk of the cyst material to come out. She did traumatize the skin by smashing it, over and over again. That thing is just gonna come right back.
In my opinion you are correct, but it's just me. Anyway, How can someone stay like this???!!!! I am not judging, But come on You can clean your face and take care of all this, it's worse if you let all that to grow and evolve... I could not leave all that on my face to grow and for sure i would squeeze them and never end up to someone for this torture.... But again, it's just my opinion. All the best
Agreed! I had a cyst that I popped myself. I didnt know it was cyst, thought it was a pimple but yes it kept coming back think I popped it like 10 times before the head? Sac? All came out finally, but now I have a small scar 😭🤷♀️
I feel like the blood she was getting was not IN the cyst, but around it, and kept filling up each time she stopped squeezing. I agree that little to no cyst content actually came out. She just received the built up pressure of the surrounding pooled blood. Maybe the immune system will attack the cyst sac and maybe JUST MAYBE this poor person may be relieved. But without removing all the oily sac contents and the sac, it will prob come back…

@@nancyhayes7415 there is. Go to a dermatologist or even a general practioner, get the area numbed up, have a minute surgical intervention south an incision being made about 4 times the size of the current opening and clean it out.

I really enjoy your videos. The only frustrating thing is that you squeeze too close to the opening. Should start away, push down while squeezing towards center. Otherwise you don't get it all and actually push the contents back inwards. Just a Lil tip from popper enthusiast!

Ну раз уж взялась за это дело, хоть компрес ледокаиновый сделай, если на укол лицензии нет. Сделай ты разрез побольше, чтобы гной вытекал, плюс дренаж надо поставить, чтобы лимфа и остатки гноя отходили. Рану такую надо промывать. Там же абсцесс начаться может от такого выдавливания. Капец, так давила, что в результате гематома образовалась
This certainly was an intense session. I found myself grinding my teeth when Thuy was squeezing the cyst. It seems that now this person has a painful recovery. My heart goes out to him.
Some of them look like they need to shower before and after the treatment. I often wonder if they have scouts finding very hygienic neglected people and offer them a few $$ plus a free treatment. Since the poverty rate is very high in this country, they are more than happy to oblige.

That's because technically you shouldn't unless you're testing it for infection and are ready to give antibiotics. Otherwise you risk spreading whatever's in there.
I counted 52 pressure pops starting at about 6:50. I am impressed by the clients ability to tolerate all that activity on an already red and swollen area. This was a very difficult time for the treatment and I hope they have gotten good results from all this.
Its hard to realize how large that hematoma cyst was until she takes her hands away and then you can see how much smaller it has become. How much better the client must feel to have that pressure off his face/chin! That is a lot of pain to endure both before treatment AND during. But well worth it, I imagine.(edit: corrected word)

I was reading in the comments that by this being a spa that she can't fully get the sac out because she's not licensed to do so... and she will lose her license if she does... but don't know how true it is! I love watching these videos but when I see she doesn't get the sac out it makes me very mad... like just leave it alone then and so teasing it🤷🏽♀️
LOL. Sac Dep is Vietnamese for Beauty but I have also thought about the English reference. I have seen her get more sac out of that tiny hole in a cyst than I would have ever expected. But yeah, she isn't licensed for that.
I think a hot compress beforehand would have brought most of the junk closer to the surface and hopefully would have cut down on the amount of squeezing. Castor oil too would have helped reduce the amount of inflammation.

Is there anyone else out there that after a few minutes of watching her squeeze almost the very life out of this poor kid think to themselves, why, why, why am I just sitting here watching this? For a moment I thought I was watching Twilight, LMAO.
The cyst is a job for an actual doctor who would likely make a wider incision, and possibly remove the sac whole, or else drain and then remove the sac, clean and suture the incision, then instruct the patient to let it heal and then go to another specialist (or this spa) for a scar revision. The result would be much less trauma to the tissue and probably a safer long-term outcome and a more aesthetically pleasing result than what the client can expect from what we witnessed here.
I'm not one to rile folks up but you might want to go to a medical site for skin disorders to FAQ to see what the real reason is. If the blood in cystic acne is infected the person would be septic with an infection throughout their body. Blood filled acne is from squeezing the pimple over and over. The capillaries break down in the area and bleed into the site. It's not a good idea to squeeze a pimple and cause a breaking down of the walls of the area. It causes terrible scarring.

This should have been taken care of by a Doctor. Clearly it was infected and inflamed. Due to the infection, incision and drainage needed to be done with anesthesia. The continued pinching and prodding, not only resulted in bruising, it also causes scar tissue to form under the skin. Furthermore an antibiotic needs to be started. This was definitely beyond the scope of an esthetician.

Every time I watch one of these, I *know* it's going to explode everywhere, but I still jump a little lol **EDIT** GOOD LORD LEAVE THAT POOR PERSON ALONE! Thuy, Thank you for not editing out that blood boil. The spurt pattern clearly indicated there was a core deep in there. I watched it several times and even slowed it down. I could see a sporadic debris field on the towel. Well done 👍
I think a bigger cut on the big one would have helped drain it quicker And there is a lot more in it that can't come out of the hole. Also it makes the skin very irritated around the whole area & there is a lot left inside. I would go to a doctor to finish the big one since it will come back if he doesn't get it done right.
In order to see a doctor they must go to the hospital, sit in line all day, and most doctors don’t deal with things that aren’t life threatening. Oh, and it is very expensive.
@@suek7086 Sue, did you know that most doctors have actual offices you can go to to get a lot of "non-emergency" things done. You call and make an appointment so that you don't have to wait all day and you don't have to pay the ER charge. Check it out sometime.
