The animators absolutely popped off for both MW2019 AND MW2022. Props to the sound guys too, the gun sounds are accurate and the casings even have different sounds when they bounce off certain stuff like metal.

The detail at the last part is not "really" about the rising price of ammo. It's about the caliber (which is proprietary) being as expensive as the gun that comes with it, as well as it being rarer than a .50 BMG (since it's pretty much produced since the 20's)

I know MWs animations are creme of the crop, but look at BF1s! Just the right balance between realism and flair.

3:41 I love how he reload only 5 bullets, and let one chamber empty. For those who don’t know, this is how you reload the Colt SAA Pistol (or Peacemaker Revolver) back in the day. The reason for this is because this single action pistol is not “drop safe”. The hammer is really sensitive, which means that with enough force on the hammer, this revolver will fire itself without pulling the trigger if you accidentally dropped the gun on the ground, or worse, hit the hammer by yourself while carrying it, which will cause injuries on your foot or organs (if you are unlucky). That’s why for safety, people only reload 5 bullets, and let 1 chamber empty while using this revolver, unless when you’re in the fight (plus, the game developers really put the detail to the finest) 😄

Something I learned about the Nagant Revolver in BF1 it’s completely random how the character removes the sent casings rather he just shakes them out, pokes them out from the front, or uses the op-rod

I am a simple man... i see a double-barrel shotgun with a single round reload animation variant, i am beyond satisfied.

I’m sad the slight of hand reload for the expedite 12 wasn’t there. I don’t care for the original animation much but that one is just so satisfying.

I've always like the shotgun and clip gun reloads than magazine reloads.

How ambitious would it be if future CODs has each operators having their own unique reload animation? (has to be the same reload speed as everyone, of course for balancing purposes).

Guess you don’t have the bf1 peacekeeper? And the racking of the 10A shotty is so satisfying for me.

BF1 and the MW reboot reloads can probably never be beaten. Sledgehammer reloads are the opposite of satisfying, they’re cancerous. Hell Let Loose has fairly decent reloads, but not what I’d call satisfying.

HLL's new Garand Animation should not be on this damn list.

The COD ones look terrible with the amount of camera shake they have. Makes it look like the guns are made of jello. Either that or the player has a really strange case of the jitters that only flare up when he reloads guns.
