I uploaded this a week ago and sitting here about to write this description... I have no idea what happened... brb
Wow, I totally forgot about that one day the laundry drop off got delayed and I didn't have any clean gowns... and quick like grabbed my fashionably tailored, custom embroidered, only worn for 1 week, recommended by a colleague, extremely white clinic jacket...
Anna has some serious neck tension. And even though the chiropractic medicine was obviously helpful in alleviating her current pain... she has some homework to do. As an avid massage recipient and occasional chiro visitor she certainly puts a lot of time and energy into her own self care.
But for her and everyone else out there... the more you stretch and strengthen on your own... the less you need other people to step in and save your life.
Be your own hero.
But on this occasion she sought relief after feeling the build up from her new job as the marketing director of Harrisburg's hot new music venue, Club XL. Who, btw, recently hosted GEORGE CLINTON and the Parliament... but I was in Amsterdam gettin funky on my own right... damn... kind of...
AND even though it wasn't her main complaint, you can definitely tell she sits for a living by the sound of that shotgun blast SI joint... and old school pirate ship L4 cannon as they go blazing through the air, eventually landing delicately on the soft, pillow like instrumentation circuit boards of the SHURE condenser microphone that I know many people out there appreciate.
Sorry about the view on that left lower cervical... I try new things... sometimes they work... sometimes you see my butt or my bald head in ways that I know many people out there... do not appreciate.
And I know... I know... Where is the pulse reading? There is only so much time in a session and I have to prioritize when editing. The 35 minute or more videos are taking over 24 hours to upload. But 30 minute videos are flying up the RU-vid poop chute in a few hours or less. And nothing makes me want to karate chop my solid fake wood plastic composite bookshelves into semi fractured, hand puncturing, splintered shards, more than a video that's been uploading for 20 hours only to get error/failed out in the final moments.

By the way, someone recently sent me an excerpt from a book in their medical doctor's office that was titled "SHU BREATHING." Pretty cool, except the entire article was in German. And I'm already home so I can't have anyone translate... So I guess that's the end of that story. err...
I hope you're all digging the after hours, deleted scenes and spinal scrunch remixes at the end. And if you're not... at least I'm having fun making them.
I'm not SHURE what it is... there's just something about taking little video clips, trimming, detaching the sound, fading in, laying the vocals over a dark screen, fading out, cutting in rapidly, duplicating a crunch, again... and then throwing that curve ball deleted patient interaction that makes me... satisfied. And I'm honored that you all watch, like and comment...
