Ok I know I’m a little late but.. This is so clamming and relaxing! I recommend this to anyone! I know because I was so worried and stressed and couldn’t sleep because I just sprained my wrist (For ppl who need the answer to how, I was walking and stoped and kinda speed walked and fell, and hit the bottom of the palm of my hand) I looked for so many vids and I knew this was the one So calming So relaxing Again, I recommend this video to anyone having a bad time
