Was saved reading my KJV Bible🙏🏽 best translation there is since it’s word for word with Greek and Hebrew. Besides that, the beat 4 are KJV, NKJV, NASB, and ESV. I pretty much only use those. Other translations either add or take away the meaning behind certain verses and it’ll be hard to find the true meaning if u don’t have other references. A good example is 1 John 5:7 For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one. (Only in the KJV and NKJV) Which is also a great verse on defending the HOLY Trinity. Holy Spirit will guide a true believer either way, but yeah those versions are the best🙏🏽

Hi faith, I’m sorry you are struggling with this. Please know that God loves you so much and never wants you to feel like you don’t belong. You are His child and He cares so much for you. He is the ultimate source of joy, happiness, and worth. If those thoughts come, turn to God. I suggest a journal so you can write to Him throughout your day. The thought that you’ll never feel joy again is from Satan. Satan likes to keep us in a hole by telling us nothing can save us and that we are trapped forever. Though, we know Jesus has perfect saving power so Satan is a liar as we know. I had anxiety that I believed would kill me every day. Now, I am delivered just from prayer and seeking God. Even though feelings can be false, it’s important to bring them to God. I struggle with facing my feelings and often brush them under the rug to avoid them, but I was told yesterday that emotions are given by God. God, Himself has emotions and us being made in His likeness, we have them as well. They should be indicators, not dictators. They should give us an indication of how we are feeling, but they should not dictate our life. Don’t be afraid to tell God how you feel or even cry to Him. Satan wants to keep you from talking to your Father, don’t let him. Don’t be scared faith💛A good acronym is FEAR- False Evidence Appearing Real. The majority of fear is based on illusion. We fear things that may not even be worth fearing, but fear is crippling and puts us in a pit. I don’t know what you’ve been through, but don’t be afraid to face those pains to be freed from them, even if it’s hard. I hope one day you can go outside and pray to the Lord, sit somewhere cozy and write to Him, or read the Bible and receive comfort. Psalms are good, because David faced loneliness, fear and depression yet praised God and leaned on Him. Also, Jesus faced it Himself. So as powerful as He is, He knows what it’s like to feel our human emotion, but He overcame it. Jesus can relate to you. I’ll be praying for you Faith. God has never and never will leave you. He hurts right there with us when we hurt. But you seek and lean on Him, and He will reveal His love.

In 2017 to 2018 (I was in deep depression & didn’t enjoy life & so forth) , when I wasn’t really a Christian I’d call myself one but wasn’t a true one but I was also skeptical (wether to believe in God or not... or believe in science or other religions or not) I was searching for the truth & I found it, the truth is Jesus!! Archaeologists & Historians have found out that the Holy Bible is the most accurate book out of all the religions and that shook me. I couldn’t deny the truth. I grew up in a Christian family but we parted our ways from church & all when I was young and started doing our own thing. In June 2018, I eventually moved to Utah to live with my dad & his family since I haven’t seen him in 18 years. Him & his family are true believers of Christ Jesus & believe in the trinity, but I wasn’t a true one yet because I use to party, do drugs, fight & have sex with the woman I thought I would marry but I did all this in California but I brought all this baggage (spiritually, mentally & emotionally) to his house hold . I too went through a similar darkness of depression (I went to a mental hospital for attempt of wanting to kill myself by using a knife) where I felt there wasn’t any hope, no love left from me, that the thoughts that were attacking my mind were consuming me and deceiving and that the depression and suicidal thoughts would never leave me but consume me. I prayed and prayed consistently to God “God why won’t you answer??!!!” “Why can’t you take me with you?” “Why can’t you free me or do something?!!!!” “GIVE mE PeACE!!” “I’m giving up, ..” I would say and ask Him things (that I now don’t remember half of them anymore because my past it doesn’t define me anymore) I would never say & ask because before 2017 I was never a depressed guy. Main reason why those prayers weren’t being answered by God and nothing was being done to me like being freed, having joy & all was because I was still of the world and doing my own thing & sinning consistently (party, sex, drugs ,etc.,). Are you still of the world? If so repent turn you foot away from evil! Turn to God and repent! Go to Him and follow Him only! Deny yourself, take your cross and follow Him! I felt like I would never be of good cheer or enjoy my days. I felt like that peace I was looking for would never be put in my life (I was searching it in the world but it couldn’t fill me) but I’m telling you right now in Jesus Name trust me, I was in your shoes! All that disgusting, horrifying, unholy, impure, & dark stuff that’s being thrown in your mind & feelings is lies from the enemy! Do not be deceived, know who wants you lost, in sin & dead!! Do not give up! God is good all the time and all the time God is good! There is still hope, trust me! Just know that Satan & his army only come to steal, and to kill, and to destroy! (Read John 10:10) Read His word, seek Him, be righteous & holy unto as He is and be that way unto His eyes & hearing! Jesus didn’t put you into this life so you can kill yourself or be in perdition. You have a purpose in God. You’re breathing be thankful. God loves you and doesn’t want you to leave Him, He desires to free you and to transform you. He desires to talk & walk with you! The life that was given to you by God, it’s so precious it was not given to you so you can take it away. Before He formed you in the womb, He knew you! He has known you by name! You’ve been created by The Image of God!! Know who you are in Christ Jesus! Feelings can be really false to the point where it can be convincing what you’re feeling is true or false. Do not be deceived, be of good cheer for Jesus has overcome the world! Long story short, in June 2018 when I moved to Utah, I went to a sister’s house who didn’t know nothing about me. God knew I needed a breakthrough, to be free, to be of joy, to have & live in full truth, to be whole, to be transformed, etc., He did all that because I truly accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. I left my old ways and old life. I decided to want to live in & follow in the The Way, The Truth, and The Life the good way of living and that’s Christ Jesus! Nothing is impossible Faith! Have faith, trust God, your breakthrough is close! Those who truly want the truth and want Him, those who truly love Him, He will be faithful and cleans you from all unrighteousness if you repent from your sins & confess your sins unto God. The trust & faith you put, will come to your breakthrough & freedom! Trust Him! No matter what the problem is, no matter how you feel, no matter what sin you have committed, what the circumstances maybe, give it all to Him & trust in Him that He will do what He must in you! Start fast soon & be in constant prayer, praise & worship Him! When you fast you will probably get attacked the most, spiritually, mentally, emotionally & physically. Just know that, but all things are spiritual! God bless you Faith, be of good cheer! The joy of The Lord is your strength!

@@faithwithvivian I wouldn’t recommend all translations. Some have errors and stray from the word. I base all Translation off the KJV. It took me a long time and lots of research to actually get a few other versions. It’s walking with the spirit and being lead. I read other translations right alongside my KJV.

Lol, I could never through away a Bible, absolutely not. That Word is LIVING. Throwing away a Bible is like burying someone alive. I have some pretty beat up ones but I will never throw them away. Bibles are babies, though, I can’t say I treat my babies with the most care🥺Bent pages and all.
