I use the Speed 3's for uptempo runs and most of my races. Looking forward to upgrading to the latest version.

How do they compare with SC trainer V2 or Puma Deviate Nitro 2. If you already have any of those shoes would the Speed 4’s be redundant?

These looks nice. I did 9 miles in my old Speed 1’s today. They’re holding up well after almost 450 km.

Sizing question - I found the Speed 3 a bit narrow in the Metatarsal area. If you compare the 2 insoles is the V4 wider?

I too found the speed 3’s narrow and maybe 1/4 size too small. The 4’s fitted perfectly for me. So I’m thinking they are more true to size.

Haha… yes. These came from the warehouse stock. Mine are a Boston Green colour, that Saucony gave me 6 months ago to sample them. They asked I didn’t use that pair for the purpose of the video. Using the global marketing lead colour. Have you used Endorphins in the past? Thoughts? Happy Running, Josh

@@SportitudeAus ok that makes sense. Yea man, I have close to 900 miles between two pairs of speed 3s. Set a half PR in the Pro 3 as well but only have 70 miles on those atm.
