I watch all your shows and love them, why are you not on TV , you have what I call TV Voice, clear, textured, I'm a opera singer and vocal teacher, so I know a thing or two about the voice and how to use it. I agree the ziti did need more sause, I would have dumped the ravioli sause right on top of ziti.
