Watching you eat, today in Canada, I went to our only Asian supermarket and bought a real round steel wok. I bought the utensil for it and brought it home and cooked the wok twice with vegetable oil just to season it on my Weber grill. I also seasoned about 8bonless chicken thighs. In the fridge overnight, now, and boiled 4 packs of basmati rice now cooling off in the fridge for tomorrow. Got all of the ingredients to make this tomorrow. Instead of sugar, use 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce. Also, finish it with sesame oil.

I JUST made this and it is SOOOOOOOOO good! Thank you! Instead of peas and carrots I added stir fry medly and salmon with the chicken. I used 5 Chinese spice in my chicken... just a little.. I didn't have time to marinade my chicken like you did but it is still very delicious nonetheless 😋

I already know how to make it, and anytime I make it, I triple the recipes and make the full wok of fried rice, and my visitors like and enjoy eating 2 or more plates each, and that makes me proud.

Took some time to prep although this is not my 1st time using this recipe but my girls love it when I cook. Gotta be well rounded as a single father therfore I appreciate you sharing this with with us. P.s. my daughter will be packing lunch tomorrow for her crush. I'm sure he'll enjoy it.

Pro tip. Use soy sauce around the edge of the rice so it burns on the pan. You want to coat the rice not soak the rice. The flavour is amazing.
