Comprehensive and Well explained video. Many people overlook the importance of the region of Najd in islamic history. You gave good context and background of what was happening there during the late Ottoman period. I myself have visited the Deserts of Hejaz but I haven't yet visited Najd. Would love to visit 1 day Inshallah!

Although the Egyptian army did contain artillery weapons, the Egyptian army was not trained or drilled yet. The vast majority of the Egyptian army at that point up until 1824 was Albanian irregular mercenaries, fighting in a foreign unfamiliar environment. All Egyptian commanders as well were Albanian chiefs. The claim that the Ottoman invading army was superior to that of the Wahhabis isn’t strong.
