Sausage Egg Rolls
I used a bag of tri colored coleslaw
1 lb of Sausage
1 package of egg roll wrappers
make an egg wash.
Brown sausage and then put the coleslaw in the pan and let it cook down
let the filling cool.
egg wash, the edges of the wrapper don't overfill the wrapper.
The ones I cooked, I deep-fried the other ones I put in the freezer to flash freeze so they didn't stick together in the freezer.
Deep fry or cook until golden brown.
