Sautéed Broccoli | How to Cook Broccoli to Perfection!

Lets face it, the way our parents cooked broccoli wasn't always all that good. Follow this recipe for sautéed broccoli with a olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice and you'll nail it every time. The key is in blanching the broccoli first, and I'll show you how.

@@AnAppetizingLife Hi More recipes for vegetables of any kind. Some of my favorites are root vegetables including rutabagas. Beets can be tough to get right any tips with those would be fantastic! I gave this broccoli recipe to one of my patients she was very impressed with the tips you provided.

Made this with my daughter 07-11-21 She is learning to cook. OMG it was the best, I mean the best. We got a small head of Broccoli. I happy you like the recipe. I love the stems. In the past, I've steamed them until they were tender, then squeezed a little lemon juice on top with a sprinkle of pink Himalayan salt on top. Real simple. Stay safe and be well.

I use the big stamp too, but cook it with the potatos and the smaller stamps from the flower I cut in a cross so the flower not get over cooked

I’m gonna give this a try because I love sautéed broccoli 🥦😩 I love it so much that I buy it everyday from this pizza shop around my way because it’s so good. Spending $7.50 per day is a lot when you’re eating it everyday. I think they only use olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic. I don’t know how I feel about the lemon juice though 🤔 I don’t wanna taste lemon in my broccoli 🤨 at least I don’t think. I’m gonna try it but without that ingredient 😁

What a happy, cute lady! I've just watched six YT videos on cooking broccoli and it's your recipe I like the most. Gonna serve it as a side with pan-fried plaice and Kartoffelpuffer, which are like potato Rösti.
