He is the best chef from the USA. There are discussions to be had, but at the end of the day he is the best. Virginia born self taught three star Michelin.

And the crab is cooked live, poor critter. BUT THAT LOOKS PRETTY DELICIOUS :D

I know this video is hella old, but this dude can't cook. This dude's videos (he's in a few more) just show how much food has evolved

Tom Hagist well...he still owns the restaurant and is the chef, they have 3 michelin stars so he definetely evolved with time.

Don't be too weirded out by seeing people cook things that are still alive. The truth is, life begets life. If most of the food you're eating wasn't once living, you will die. In the Bible, God gave man many of the animals he made for food. Even animals must eat living things to survive - including other animals.
