Did my first Savage Race this year and made the dumb choice of carrying 2 4x4s on Lumberjack Lane. Immediate regret upon the uphill portion of the course. What do you do to avoid leg cramping on the longer courses? I notice everytime I get to mile 5, I get severe cramping in my legs which slow me down tremendously.
I don’t understand why you don’t have more followers. These are like the best vids. The manual they give you for training doesn’t help prepare you at all. That was all stuff I was already doing
