The courts should stay out of it; I would gladly give Elon some of my shares. I invested in Tesla because I believe in its principles and the future it represents, which I trust Elon to lead. Nobody goes after NBA players when they demand high salaries that drive up ticket prices; we pay because we want to see them play. It's disappointing to see such a smart person be so off-base and seemingly support those who just want to ruin the experience.

Elon's brother Kimbal had less than 1% share holding in Tesla and as far as I am aware did not vote on the compensation package in 2018. Kimbal and Elon definitely did not vote for the reinstatement in 2024.

You've got to be a complete fool to take Cathie Wood seriously. She says she has a, "five year time horizon," yet constantly jumps in and out of positions. The five year return on ARKK is -8.27%. If she cannot break even let alone keep up with the S&P 500 in the timeframe that she set, she's in no position to talk. You'd be better off buying an index.
