Savannah is definitely a place we like to go back to when we are in the area.

The Sorry Charley Oyster Bar in the Historic District, Skid way State Pk.and a free ride on the ferry, which is part of the Grey Dot bus line which is also free. Great video Very interesting

We visited Savannah in February of last year and it is a beautiful city. We also visited the park and River Street and they were so nice to walk thru. Paula Deen's was delicious and we also enjoyed ice cream at Leopold's. We plan on eating at the Pink House when we go back in June. It looks delicious.

Sounds like we had a very similar experience! Thanks for sharing. You should definitely visit the Pink House. It was SO good! Do you guys plan to take your RV or will you stay in a hotel?

@@ChangingTheView Many good placed to eat in the Historic District and on The River walk, we have only camped at Skidway State Park near Savannah other places near Brunswick are Blythe Island and Jekyll Island

I've spent some time in Georgia. I've been in Atlanta & Athens. We can't wait to spend time in Savannah. Did you take any walking tours? Lou & Angie 💚❤

We only took the Old Town Trolley tour, but we did a lot of walking. You can hop on and off at 15 different stops. It was very informative, but you may get more details about the area on a walking tour. We may try that next time. We want to return, but we're not sure when it might be. Do you plan to visit soon?
