We want to hear your advice. If you have something that's working for you, let us know. We'd like to be certain we consider every possibility and make the best decision for our family. Thanks so much for your suggestions!

You have a home on wheels! Spend your efforts on being weekend warriors until you retire! No need to stress about building or buying another house.

Lance We will possibly do that. I think our year back at work will allow us to make an informed decision as we experience being stationary for a longer period of time. Thanks so much for your input. We appreciate you tuning in to the channel!

I think you are making the right choice. The sooner you get back to work, the sooner both of you can retire and resume traveling. If living in your RV is fine for you, consider buying some acreage in a rural area where you could build something less expensive like a large metal building that will have space and hookups for your RV. Maybe a barn style building with the RV pull thru in the middle, an apartment on one side and a shop/laundry on the other. I had built a 30 X 40 ft insulated building with 2 rollup doors and 3 windows for around 30K about 4yrs ago from Valor Steel in Daphne, AL. Their website has some cute building designs. You would still have enough land to build a home on later if you desired. Rent out the apt in the metal barn while you travel. Others have bought a lot in an RV resort to live in while you are home working, then while you are traveling, they put it in a rental pool for other RVers to rent. There are options out there. Hope you guys will continue to Vlog from time to time after July. Love your videos!

The barn style home is exactly what we were considering if we were to build... great minds! :) Thanks for the information! We will continue our channel even when we aren't constantly on the go. Thanks for the kind words. We appreciate your support!

I think buying land and putting your RV on there would be a good option. You will be able to have place to call home while you are working. When you decide you are ready to go on as full time RVer's you can sell it. I miss you guys but I am so happy that you have had such a wonderful experience and that intend to continue it while working.

We think this is a great option. It really does make sense to have a home base. We're really having a difficult time with this decision!

Those are some hard choices. As you know we went full time almost 2 years ago, but we don't have to work so that makes a huge difference. We feel that since we sold the ranch we are free from the "stuff and clutter" that many call necessary. We started our journey because that's what we heard in our prayers. God wanted us on the road for His purpose. What do you guys hear from Him? That's what matters! Good luck in whatever you end up with and we still hope we can meet some day.

So many hard choices. We are in the same choice making boat. We almost bought a couple houses in the last few months but they just didn’t work out. We have been mostly stationary the past 2 years, living full time in our fifth wheel. We have done some trips but we work. I haven’t been able to find any work online and my husband’s remote job that he had when we started has been over for several months now. What we have done is to buy a piece of undeveloped property in an area we enjoy. We have partially developed it for us to park on. So we have a very low cost piece of land to call home. We don’t spend the winter on it as it is too snowy and muddy so we make other arrangements for winter. We are looking to buy a property now that has year round access and utilities to it. Our property now is completely off grid. This winter, we just went to an RV Park that is closer to my husband’s work. I just find work wherever we go which has big downsides. But the time is coming to leave the RV parks and we don’t want to go back to our property and decided to take buying a house off the table at least until the stick market stabilizes and we see where the fall out lands. Best of luck!

We feel that we need to have roots some place ...we live in NH and own a condo here so when we want to leave we don't worry about lawn etc. we just go....I'm retired but my wife has 11 months to go...after that we may sell the condo and buy one in Florida or Texas ...good luck with what ever you do....Happy trails

If you love the traveling, and you love your rig and your family is happy, then you keep going. Are you able to continue your income making jobs that pay the bills??! Is your son happy, are you and your husband still happy. If you answered yes to any of the questions, then you stay in the fifth wheel and you keep going.Nww places and new adventures!!

We are in the throws of finalizing our downsizing. Our ranch has sold and closes April 30th of sooner if we get everything downsized before then. I personally believe the Lord has blessed us enough as time has gone to allow us also to retire early and get on the road and his timing for us has been impeccable. I would not want to live this life and not be a believer! You two have already made the pathway for fulltime so I do you can find jobs on the road with regular hours to be able to fulltime. We would love to meet you on the road in the future! ~Debi and Brian~

I would love to live full time in an RV, unfortunately my husband is totally against it. Since our two daughters are several 1000 miles apart I would love to have the freedom to spend six months near each of them. A home is also much harder for us to maintain in our senior years. Hiring people to take care of the grounds and home repairs add up and retirement income only goes so far.

We have really enjoyed the freedom we've had living in the RV. We were able to spend about 6 weeks visiting family for the holidays. It was very convenient. It would probably be a hassle to try to care for the home when we are traveling. There's so much to consider. Thanks for responding. We appreciate you watching. I hope you're able to find a solution to visit your daughters!

Purchase a condo or home that you can rent out while on the road. I am a forward thinker, and although it will be far in the future, there will be a time, that RVing will become challenging physically. If you invest correctly, maybe by that time, the rental will have paid itself off from renting.

Hey there, met you guys in the keys. We love the full time life. However as our parents are getting older, we know we may have to return to certain areas of the country for extended times. We are looking for a good deal on property, but it is very expensive at the moment and we want something in a safe area that we can resell someday. If we didn’t have any reason to be someplace for an extended time we wouldn’t buy the property. What you do will have to be what is right for your family at the moment. Enjoy the next few months and don’t rush the decision making process.

1. Keep going...I'm sure you know my thoughts there! 2. Expand/find other online work/better hours? 3. Balance work/travel to enjoy more 4. Investment property - see KYD's cabin...home when you need it, rental when you don't. 5. Health Benefits...vote for Bernie...(LOL...Just kidding! This would be the biggie...sorry I don't have a real suggestion here.)

Live the full time RV lifestyle, sounds great. However renting an RV site here and there does not appreciate in value, investment property does. Buy the investment property, rent it out to as close to the mortgage as possible or more, in the decades towards your retirement the property will appreciate in value, double, triple of what you paid for it, leaving you a nice nest egg for an early retirement. If this is something that works for you, then you buy another rental property, and so on.... Just advice from someone who retired at the age of 40. Warning: their are many, many, many people who this kind of investment is not for them. Ask your self, how well did you play the board game of Monopoly?

Is there enough 1000 trails parks around you that you can bounce back and forth? When school lets out for the summer you can hit the road and go further? It just seems like with 1000 trails you can save up a lot of money and if it doesnt work out down the road you will have enough money to buy another house. Just our thoughts. It was great seeing you guys in SC. Hope to meet up again sometime!!!
