Its fine to replace a standard with a Venturi when the break but at $70 a pop for the heads its not worth the upfront investment just for electricity savings.

I just had a pool built and have the gamma 4 venturi heads and they don't work unless I go to 29 00 or above...any ideas. all new 3 hp pentair system

I'd recommend installing a new head module unit built by Blue square. They operate more on flow, as opposed to pressure. I just put one in for one of my customers, here in arizona. The pool thoroughly gets cleaned now, using less pressure. The heads are all A and A (shasta heads) still.

I’ve got one zone in my pool that the heads won’t pop up. I’ve tried putting new filter cartridges, increasing pump rpm, and I’ve checked the manifolds and they seem to be ok. All the other zones pop up fine. No pool guys seem to know what to do, and the guy who installed it won’t do anything about it. It’s all A&A stuff

I noticed my paramount PCC2000 popup cleaning system has not been running that well lately. I bought tools to remove the popup heads but they seem to be really stuck. You made it look really easy to remove. Do you have any tips for removed stubborn stuck popup heads?

You can turn the heads with the tool so they are unlocked and then turn on the pool filter which might push them out of their socket. Many are tough to pull out after being in there for a long time and getting sediment in there.

@@JJshimmyshimmy thanks Jimmy. I ended up draining the pool. While the pool was drained they were a lot easier to get out. I have them all replaced now and the pool is so much cleaner!

an OK video, does not help if you dont tell us the difference between the 2 heads, you might save some money by running at lower speed but you might also need to run it longer cause the heads dont clean as much as the previous ones, so tell us.. what the difference?
