Does an aerator exist for showers like it does for taps

Mira eco shower head. Better than those 'fine' jet heads as the hot water cools faster as it travels to your body and makes more steam. My Mira head feels hotter at the same setting as my 'eco' one with the coloured balls and the bathroom is not a 'fog' after!
