@@benbarrycars7628 I didn’t know that. Thanks for sharing this. My American friend who used to tinker on e36 m3s told me that the 4 door bodies are somewhat better, stiffer than coupes. Have you heard anything like that?
@@benbarrycars7628 I started digging this morning and I read "The body shell itself is stiffer and tighter (having smaller openings) and framed doors. (...) the sedan chassis of the E36 is somewhat superior for stiffness, the reason BMW uses the sedan for Touring Car racing is the fact that the sedan is the only legal body style for the class, being Touring Car racing after all."
