Dave, you read my mind! It's great that in this video you are showing what the app actually does first, instead of showing the settings or back-end first. Thank you!
I've been using this for 3-4 weeks and have had a good experience with it so far. Glad to see your video as I've leaned a lot of thing about it I didn't know. Love your suggestions to make it better!
Hey Dave - curious, what video capture tool are you using to record your videos? OBS? Loom? Etc? Big fan of your videos. Keep up the great work on your content! EDIT: Just found that you use CleanShot X, bummer it's Mac only. Boo!
Thanks for your review Dave. I have several Chrome profiles associated with different Gmail accounts. Do I know how I can use saveday on these profiles? Or will I only be able to use it in the profile of the saveday login gmail account? On the other hand, how would you compare Saveday with Evernote?
Hi @javierarmasvillan, good question. You'd have to authenticate SaveDay with the same Google account on every profile. The workaround for this would be to authenticate with Apple. If you don't have have an apple account, you can create one for free. No apple product necessary.
This was good but tier 3 is pricey. Ouch. Do you think they can sustain. I know I'm prying into their personal business but what is their MRR. Don't want to invest & we get that dreaded email... It was our deepest regret 💁🏿♂️ Great breakdown
Thanks @IAMTALLBOY. It's hard to know how the future will play out, but conceptually they are on to something here. I hope they're successful long term. You could imagine Google or Apple (likely both) essentially building this right into the OS as some level. Microsoft is already doing this (with a different approach) but their implementation is very controversial. www.theverge.com/2024/6/13/24178144/microsoft-windows-ai-recall-feature-delay You could also see AI forward browsers like Arc building this into their app. However, SaveDay is available now, so if you want to live in the future today you can. Their unlimited plan is $29.99/month so I don't think tier 3 is too expensive as it's less than one year of the service. I try not think of an LTD as an investment. It's just buying software. I buy what I need, when I need it. Software is no different than milk or eggs. It's a commodity and if you don't use it, it will go bad! My two cents, of course ymmv! Good luck and thanks again for the comment.
@@dave-swift in your vid It's $239 for the top tier but with limits now it's $309 but seems unlimited and they dont list any of the features. Honestly I was wondering if I was looking at same product. Take a look
