in the game, if "censor graphic content" is turned on, the hand and man are absent in the cutscene, but the bloodcurdling scream and implied agony are still present.
To be honest, to them he was not a man who seemed to take joy in killing people, he was their dad with their own experience with him. To have him being portrayed worldwide as a trigger happy warlord might understandable upset them
Oh shit I just remembered it’s like all the other bo games where it starts with a fire also they have 2 sections in them with the first but being really quick and more so an introduction
They don’t remove videos for saying the f word they just don’t let you put ads. I’d assume this doesn’t get ads as well due to the graphic nature of the content.
I did know savimbi before. But I have been hearing his wars. But few videos Im watching makes me to wonder why we Africans behave this way.Angola suppose not be in war after got independence from colonial government. But due to what you Angolas decided to do resulted in loss of lives for inocent children, women and men of Angola. Both units and mpLA
Both unita and MPLA are responsible for the lost souls.I watched one of the videos which shows the cause of the war. After colonial rule, mpLA declared itself a rulling party without going for democratic elections. When unita asks,mpLA prepared for war by bringing in Russia weapons. And when unita saw that instead of sitting down and just joining mpLA as rulling party or joining it's army to make one army for the sake of peace and people of Angola like what Namibia did after gotten independence the Army which was in the bush joined government and continued, but unita went in the bush and start fighting. As a result Angola is left with more disabled, opharns and many deaths.Africa let us be united inside our countries and outside. It always makes us shade tears when watching those videos. We are all come from one man and woman.Adam and Eve....
Savimbi was an amazing man, He held 15 gunshots whilst fighting the MPLA and helped the fight against communism with the US. It’s a shame he died in his hometown, though he fought for what he believed in. Thanks to him, the Angola is a democratic and multi-party country. Mad respect, RIP Savimbi.
@@cjleehaze he died on the 22th of February, 2002. He was shot 15 times on a battle on the Moxico province. Apparently, he was reported dead several times before, however those reports were flawed. Same happened when he was killed on Moxico, it was after the pictures of his dead body were released that he was confirmed dead
I always liked the fact you could take unlocked weapons to any mission in the campaign, so I'd just take a minigun into this mission and just rip and tear
@@GarkKahn The MPLA had the support of almost the entirety of the Angolan population while UNITA only really had the support of a few local tribes/villages which is why they lost.
The lines I will never forget in bo2 HERE THEY COME,HERE THEY COME MY BROTHERS. FIGHTTT MYY BROTHERSS. Line 2: OUR JOURNEY TO VICTORY HAS BEGUN,DEATH TO THE MPLA.
@@ArjunTheRageGuyto go even further, if you get the Menendez kills Woods ending, it can be seen that David is too late to save Woods from dying. But then again, the ending is optional, so it is a “sometimes” I guess
@@iam4026 oh ok then. Never really played the blops series nor even watched the gameplays of it since I only played COD 1, CoD4, and MW2 2009, so I don't know much about it besides that it exists.
the 1st part always gets me the way he actually tried to save someone that couldnt be saved you always try your best to make sure a man isnt left behind
No matter how you look at Savimbi, a warlord or freedom fighter or war hero. Personally me, a badass war hero, that dude was a badass in his entire own league. 6 assassination attempts, reported dead 15 times. Then betrayed by his own movement. Dude was a unit.
@@nikolajovanovic1490 bold of ya to assume a kid can fight in a war, i was kid when war was raging in my place, i would've fought for my people if i was born earlier than 2000's, now shut
I love that there is one guy screaming in Portuguese ''Movimento'' that means ''I see moving'', the whole mission and there is absolutely a hell of enemies just in front of him and he screams likes he's surprised XD
@iamheldhostage UNITA and the FNLA were actively be supported by Apartheid South Africa, a racist state. The vast majority of the Angolan population supported the MPLA anyway while UNITA only ever had supported from a few communities. Not to say the MPLA is innocent or anything, but it was generally just a better future for the people.
Eu buguei por 5 minutos até entender que é a língua local dos soldados, e o COD foi tão preguiçoso de não colocar o português Angolano, essa fase ficou parecendo que se passa num estado do nordeste kkkkkkkk
Portugal should’ve given Savimbi the control of Angola, my Grandma and grandpa loved him, he tried to make Angola a better place, he fought with the portuguese against the commies
Well u and ur grandmother are fucking deluded,I hate the fact that savimbi was literally the bad guy in the war,and Agostinho was the good guy yet ppl think just cos of this game that the mpla was the bad side
because is brazilian portuguese, this game is dubbed in brazilian portuguese, they only pick up line voice and put on english dub (sorry my bad english)
I'm not into these military shooters much at all, but that is hands down one of the greatest openings to any video game ever. And I played it on the Wii U, not a nice PC like this. I still get chills from it.
Fun fact: Jonas Savimbi's daily once sued Call of Duty because of their depiction of Jonas Savimbi in the game. Claiming they represent him as a barbarian. And, yes, Jonas Savimbi was a real person
this part of the game was awesome. i remember playing it for the first time in my teens, felt so immersive the way the MPLA troops come from the horizon. this scene made me interested in Savimbi and what he really did IRL.
The attention to detail impresses me every time I watch this, most of the vehicles South Afrian military equipment and some other weapons supplied to UNITA by other countries such as France and U.S and of course Savimbi being a total badass
