I love how you've simplified the build-a-farm challenge. I've been wanting to try it but was too overwhelmed by all the cards, steps etc. Appreciate your videos! :)

Thanks Tina. Yes easy to simplify. I think I might show how a person could use the freebies instead some of the cards next time. I like all the little challenges and the tiny icons but one does not have to buy them all.

Those smaller numbers on your 60 envelope challenge are SO satisfying! I need to do something like this. Big numbers just stress me out 😅 Math on camera is a whole different beast than math off camera 😂

Wise words Katie, that darn math is so hard. I knew I could not do the traditional 100 envelope, but I love the idea of saving like that so changing the numbers works well for me. I always appreciate so much when you stop by.

Ahhh, thanks Champagne. I think I am getting it figured out. Farm Island seems a bit more straight forward. I am also addicted. I knew as soon as I saw you do it the first time it was for me. I call this an "if-then" type of challenge and I had been looking for something just like it. I am loving it. From the tiny icons to all the flipping back and forth in the binders, love it all. I hope I did not steer you wrong :o) I think I kind of get it, or at least this part of it. Farm Island, that the Farm Squad is now playing, is a little more understandable, but, I am enjoying just my farm. This is a very different and very fun challenge. I bet we see a lot of "if-then" challenges popping up in the future.

Yes, I use prop money for this binder as the money just gets transferred to a different high yield account. No reason to get it out in cash and then take it back. I also use Prop in my Sinking Funds Binder. I love it. Keeps me as motivated as cash.

Yes, that would be a good way. With quarters it is pretty low dollar. I think each crop card is only 12.50. Each animal card as well if you make each animal a dollar. The way I am playing my ingredient card will be a bit more, but still very doable. You can also play with just her freebies. I think I just figured that out. :o)
