Wow! 👏 That was a great lesson on the care and how to rescue orchids. It's the best one I have ever seen. Thank you! I've grown a lot of different plants over the decades, but orchids seemed daunting to me. People told me they were hard to grow. You have taken all the mystery away and shown very clearly how to grow and care for orchids. Because of you, I will try growing an orchid when I find one that I love the most. Hello my fellow home gardener.Thank you for watching my video. Im so pleased to hear that you found the content to be helpful and informative. Many are indeed afraid of orchids, thinking that they are a hard houseplant to take care, some get them as gifts and after bloom, just throw them out. That is how I ended up with majority of my orchids. I take others "trash", repot them, make sure that they get bright indirect light as well as moderate humidity and watch them re-bloom. They can be costly but Lowes does place the ones that have stopped blooming on clearance racks periodically. Be well and Happy Gardening!!!

@lyubafranco I noticed on that bag of Orchid medium that there are different kinds of Orchids. Sometime, when you get a chance, could you do a video on the different kinds of Orchids and the differences between them? Thank you!
