Good to see you uploading. Get it out there! I also understand the need to keep to yourself. I am going through a similar issue with a neighbor. Why not talk of things you enjoy?...like Favorite movies or video games. … I have major "acceptance" issues too. You need to read "The First and Last Freedom" by Jiddu Krishnamurt. He goes into "sorrow" effecting not only yourself but those around you. It helped me work through these types of emotions.
