2 of those traps were kind of easy to By-Pass the furnace trap if any of the dumbasses thought to keep the door propped open with oh i don't know how about that Bat and when he got the Antidotes he could have crawled back out the way he came because the door would have been forcibly propped open and the obvious razor trap all they needed was the same thing to get it was the bat break the glass and take it they don't even try it i swear those are morons

The question is that it's never explained who that guy was. As far as I know he did nothing wrong, also he wasn't told he had to fight a girl or else she's slash his stomach.

Kalmer Olsen i think before saw 2, it was hinting that jigsaw was a bit off his rocker to the point that he had two, honestly not the worst people who didn’t deserve that kind of torture, people that didn’t fully deserve that. As the sequels happened, they went more in a direction where jigsaw was more righteous in chosing the worst people as victims

The cellmate was most likely another victim who failed his test and this was his consequence.

He's always been considered a highlight of the Saw movies he's in tho SPOILER ALERT IF YOU WANT TO SEE IT at one point they pretty much kill jigsaw off and the way the franchise works from that point becomes so convoluted and confusing that explaining non euclydian geometry is easier

Honestly the Razor Hole Trap was easy to avoid all that chick had to do was break the glass or find something that can Keep the razor Holes propped Open to were she can Stick her hand in grab the Antidote and slip out

@@dallasmay4031 actually the only way to inject yourself with the syringe was to do it while your hand was in the trap box as the top of the syringe was glued to the box. When she tried to pick it up only the outer part of the syringe lifted up until the antidote spilled out. She would have needed to only place one hand in through one hole and use her other hand to push the razor blades up so she could move her other hand and inject herself while pushing down on the syringe at the same time. The syringe couldn’t be grabbed out of the box.

@@kevmon8137 that's why i suggested breaking the box open its glass just break enough with a bat and use a shirt or jacket to catch the needle without risk of dropping and breaking it

Honestly the Obi Furnace trap was easy to avoid in 4 ways 1 someone could have propped the door open Long enough for Obi to get the Antidotes and get out 2 they could have smashed the window at the back and reached in and grabbed the Antidotes that way 3 all Obi had to do was jump up Turn the valve and shut off the flame 4 Or just don't Kidnap anyone Ignore what Jigsaw wants and Move on

Oh my GOD that pit of hypodermic needles makes my skin crawl. Thinking about all those stabbing, scraping needles stuck in your feet, ankles, legs, arms, god it makes me wanna throw up if I focus on it too long...

Sean Ashmead I’m not either but it’s the unclean needles, the broken vials, and for me it’s the sound a little bit

The ribcage angel (3) spread and the spike trap with the couple (4) are my favourites. Former for how elegant it is and the latter for the symbolism, even if it is kind of off screen.

If this made you suffer stay away from IT Chapter 2. I don't have issues like epilepsy but still found the fun house bit hard to watch (literally, the constant flashing made it hard to focus on).

To be frank, Doug Walker may think he is Original... But his Schick is old hat... So yeah - Its easy to draw comparisons between Decker and the NC... And yeah, Just to be clear... I do still Subscribe to Channel Awesome! I still enjoy the Nostalgia Critic... But if it was a contest between Decker and the NC - Decker would win hands down! He is just the far better reviewer... But he focuses on Horror Movies as a genre, Where the Critic started out as Nostalgic and then branched to more or less ANYTHING - And now, ANYTHING NEW AND CLICK BAIT! If I ever get the courage up to try and make reviews myself (I actually have an idea for a Series - PROBLEMATIC MOVIES... OH YES! I am going there! Including the old Carry On Movies which in today's climate is GUARANTEED CANCELLATION!) - Got no shame admitting I will be taking cues from Decker! Will never be as good... And I don't have any catchphrases.. But I enjoy the movies I enjoy, and I know more about Film now than I did in my youth... And PASSION - That is what makes something watchable and worth viewing! That is what I feel Channel Awesome has lost a lot of... The Passion! Its now Corporate and all about the MONEY! While Decker is just a Dude on his Sofa pursuing his passions!

I wouldnt say hes correct and the means dont justify the ends ontop of like 95% of the people he brings in end up dying but in a pseudo intellectual suspense of disbelief kinda way I guess in the saw universe it works kinda like how silent hill sucks but the mc actually changes for the better in a therapy kinda way but it seems the writer for saw had to write a whole lot of movies after the first one took off idk if he even thought he was gona make an other one

@Dawn of the Dad Saw 1 2 and 3 are AMAZING... They work well and had it stayed a trilogy - It would have been perfect! After that, Even Leigh Wannell admitted the Studio wanted more gore and more deaths... NOT a thought provoking Story which is why he and his co-writer LEFT THE FRANCHISE! Their intent with the first Movie was to create a One and Done Movie... By SAW 3, They were no longer involved... So what do you think is going to happen when the Studio misunderstands the Creators Vision? The Deaths are great, The whole Series is entertaining - BUT the Story lacks focus, The Continuity is desperately stitched together to make it seem like a fully realised vision, and it does become messy! Watch it for the Gore and Entertaining Deaths - But don't expect a Story that make logical sense as after 3... Its all over the place!
