I take Prostate SR on the advice of my urologist and after 6 months of being on the supplement my PSA has dropped from 1.52 to .79. I'm 68 years old and it hasn't been under 1 in 25 years. As far as my BPH goes not sure if it has reduced the size of my prostate but the frequency of my bathroom trips seems to be lower. I give the supplement a big thumbs up. But I have an inflamed bladder which may be autoimmune related as I had a situation with my liver 20+ years ago related to the autoimmune disease. So I'm having a biopsy done in a couple of weeks to see what's going on. Hopefully not the big C.
@@basse203 I take a supplement called Bladder 2.2 from the same company that makes the Prostate SR. It has vitamins that are supposed to target the bladder wall. I ended up having a 'low grade' bladder cancer. I got 6 weeks worth of BCG Immunothearpy that has taken care of the cancer as of now. It's supposed to be very effective against this kind of cancer. I don't take anything for granted tho. The supplement for the bladder is supposed to promote a healthier bladder. It may be a waste of money but my dr says it won't hurt to take it. I will be having many bladder scopes over the next few years to stay on top of it which are not that bad. But everything looks good as of now. Oh yes.....I do take a prescription drug called Tamsulosin to help empty out my bladder and reduce my bathroom trips. It does the job as I rarely have to get up during the night.
At the moment I’m taking finasteride for my enlarge prostate. I rather go down the natural route. What would be the best saw palmetto to take for this condition and does it shrink the prostate? My size is 63, whatever that is. Great video👍👍👍
I am big fan of both, but I have noticed that they seem to work best together. At least, that’s been the case for me. I haven’t had as much success when using them separately.

MY QUESTION IS WHAT WOULD BE THE BEST SAW PALMETTO OR WHAT TYPE OF SAW PALMETTO WHAT I ASKED FOR OR WOULD I ORDER IF IT WAS BEING USED FOR CPPS AKA CHRONIC PELVIC PAIN SYNDROME AKA NON-BACTERIAL PROSTATITIS. OBVIOUSLY IT'S SO PALMETTO BUT I KNOW HE SAID SOMETHING ABOUT FATTY ACIDS SO WHAT TYPE OF SAW PALMETTO WHAT WOULD THE NAME BE BASICALLY THAT I WOULD ORDER OR WHERE WOULD I FIND IT? BECAUSE I WAS TOLD TO TAKE 5 MG FINASTERIDE AND THAT HAS SO MANY SIDE EFFECTS SO I'M TRYING TO GO THE NATURAL ROUTE AND SEE HOW IT WORKS WITH THE COMBINATION OF ZINC. IF ONE OF YOU GUYS CAN PLEASE GET BACK TO ME AND EXPLAIN WHAT TYPE OF SAW PALMETTO IT WOULD BE LIKE IS THERE A CERTAIN BRAND OR A CERTAIN KIND OR CERTAIN INGREDIENTS THAT I WOULD HAVE TO LOOK FOR? Saw palmetto is cheap, 360 capsules for 24 Dollars, so thats for one year, divided up in two doses per day, its safe for my body and safe for my bank account
