Can u please share what brand or type ur using. I heard some people saying it may make u urinating like crazy and mass up with deeply sleeping as well and sleep is the thing here because I had insomnia in the past and never want to have it again.

@@kelseymj1975 It's just a single capsule but each capsule is equivalent to 3200 mg of saw palmetto.... I take that with 4 cloves of raw garlic (2 cloves in the morning and 2 cloves at night) per day. I also take 1000 mg of vitamin D and 50 mg of zinc everyday as zinc is easy to find and cheap! Doctors wanted to have me do a TURP operation and I declined and researched things myself. After having the problem for nearly two full years, not a single doctor suggested taking zinc to cure my enlarged prostate problem. Never trust a doctor today as most doctors are just in their position they are in just for the profits....

I don’t think the added dht blocking effects will be significant or useful. Keep in mind that saw palmetto just acts like a weaker finasteride and you need a certain amount of dht not too high to keep your hair but to have a healthy sexual function, muscle growth, mood and even bone health

There is very little, that I could find, as far as science-backed evidence to make a strong claim about this. There is plenty of anecdotal data and personal claims by individuals though. I would suggest discussing this with your doctor as there may be more beneficial, natural solutions available.

I'm going through exactly the same thing. Iam on my 6th day and i am having pain in my stomach and bloating but soon as i eat the bloating subsides. My dosage is 320mg. ill stop now and see what happens to my prostate again, Though, the prostate pain seems to have reduced say by 45% and the excessive urination for 6 months reduced by 50%.

Depends. DHT is a much stronger form of T, so if you take SP and continue to do stuff thay increase E, then E will be very potent

I experienced palpitaions, i went to get a ecocardiogram, it showed a little problem in one of my heart valves. I stoped taking red bull or monster, less caffeine y mild exercise ..... i have no palpitations after three months, also i eat much more vegetables and less meat and grease.

Yes. Just because something is "natural" does not mean it is good for everyone and before taking anything, you should always consult with your doctor.

How many did he take? Did he take the proper dose? Was the issue from the saw palmetto or the the vitamin itself? There are tons of issues that could be related to the supplements or vitamins without having anything to do with saw palmetto. Or the other way around, it could have been the saw palmetto but for you to put a general statement without providing all other questions around... not good.

I have never taken saw palmetto, so I can't comment on it. However, I have never been able to take a multiple vitamin in the morning eating a lighter amount of food.. If I did, I would surely get ill. Sometimes vomiting. So I started taking them in the afternoon with a "significant" amount of food.

I am dealing with that right now. Super dizzy and lightheaded and I think I found out why.... thank you.

You can take 50 people and give them the same supplement, same dosage, monitor their diet and lifestyle habits for 6 months. At the end of that 6 months you may see some similarities but you are also likely to find a rather broad range of results.

Blood clots by saw palmetto is real. It happens to me after start taking saw palmeto for a month then I got blood in my semen during my jerking. This was happened by the blood clot in my testicles.
